I stopped by the drive thru at the Winchester, Ky location. I ordered the classic chicken sammich, spicy, and a side of fried pickles. Woo doggie they were great! My food was hot, fresh and relishes! Definitely recommend!

Food is good here. We usually grab some on our way through. Inside is alright. Smoke detectors are always beeping which is kinda comical. Staff is hit and miss. Sometimes they’re good, sometimes they’re not. Can’t beat the biscuits or the ghost pepper wings.

48 minutes waiting for my order. This place is a joke.

Worse place ever Every-time we come here we have to wait at least 30 minutes. This time I ordered online In Lexington, and when we got here it was still not ready and had to wait 26 minutes it’s crazy. It was just 2 Chicken sandwiches. Sucks and takes to long

This was the most disappointing experience. For the first time in 16 years, I was able to go to Popeyes, and I regret spending my money there. First, nothing on the drive thru menu said anything about the ingredients of the sandwiches. Second, apparently the headset mic cut out for at least 10 minutes in the middle of placing our order and no one bothered to come out and tell us there were technical difficulties. And third, the wait at the window was ridiculous, both when we picked up our food and then when we had to go back through to get a sandwich remade, an order of tenders replaced and the dipping sauces we requested, one of which we still recieved wrong but we were too fed up to go around again. The cashier at the window did not let us know that they would need to remake the food entirely, and with a snarky attitude took the wrong food back and let us sit at the window for another 10 minutes while they stood in the back. Overall we spent roughly 45 minutes trying to get our food. While I understand it was 9pm on a Friday, this location is open until 11 and there were at least 4 crew members visible, doing nothing. Reina, the manager on shift, was nowhere to be found and honestly, I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of food and service we recieved. There is not a location in my area, so I was both excited and extremely let down to end my vacation.

They never answer their phone and somehow run out of main items on their menu

I'm confused. I ordered about two boxes of fries, but they gave me a different order instead. I went back to ask for what I actually wanted—offering to pay again so as not to cause any trouble for anyone—but they simply handed me my order and slammed the window shut in anger.
