Found 3 stains of black hair in food, they stopped serving cherry coke, and the since COVID died down the service takes nearly 40 minutes to an hour, before COVID hit they used to be VERY GOOD, now not so much.

Waited at window 20 minutes while being told nothing and employees just looking at me. Finally went to window on sode and a worker came and told me other people were in front of me through drive through that i had watched come in the 20 min i had sropd there. Last time same happened for them to just tell me not enough workers for walk ups and needed to go through drive through. They have been terrible last few times trying to eat here!!

Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant the food is mediocre but the staff is a joke and argumentative telling me if i order on the app i had to use the other drive-thru which is for the passenger window and i was alone and not crawling over my center console so no but they refused to give me my meal. I just wanted my food but I got served attitude instead to the point I had to drive away not receiving my food I paid for on the app. Still waiting on a refund too. Save your money and time just skip this sad excuse for a ralleys

We have stopped in for several years going to or coming from Lexington. This most recent visit blew my mind. From the outter look, we feared one of our favs had been closed down, which made 0 sense considering it's always been a happenin' place! After making it to the speaker, we realized that, thank God, we hadn't lost them! Matter of fact, several new items had been added and honestly, we wanted to try them all 😆! We were on a tight budget, but thankfully they did still have Military discount, which we were very grateful for!! I've got to be honest though... they messed up approximately 75% of our entire order whether that be not made how it was ordered or completely forgotten to give to us or gave us the wrong size. As always, the fries were absolutely amazing, but I had ordered some kind of desser bites and you could taste them in my fries. Im not sure if it was lack of using a different grease or what. Either way, they've been a staple for our family for over 15-20 years, so we will definitely be stopping back in to give them another shot :)

We was told to leave the drive thru. Said we were rude cause we blew our horn to get there attention. Said that ab lot of orders and only 1 car in the drive thru. And we waited like 10 minutes was the only reason we blew the horn. But that's fine if you all don't want our businesses the waffle house took care of us. Never will I step foot back on that place.

The ladies were super friendly and helpful as we were out of towners,we dont have Rally's so it was a must stop. Definitely worth it .

Rally's in Winchester, KY. I spent over $30 for 2 Big Bufords and 2 fries...a Coke and a teeny tiny banana milkshake....The burgers were so-so. (they've gotten so small these days) The fries were off...funny taste...almost tasteless...it was strange. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they offered banana flavored shakes, which by the way was super tiny as well. Not worth the price. (Ex. Small fries cost $3.00!)
