For the fact that I love Rally fries I will rate it. But a lot of the workers have a crappy attitude and everytime I ask for a fresh fry because all I get is old greasy ones they act like it's a sin to ask. Newsflash, I wouldn't ask if they were fresh. They sure are fast with the food though. Probably because it's already been laying there.

Ordered one meal today and it was awful. My chicken sandwich was completely burnt and the pieces that weren’t were rubber. That was inedible. My coke was just carbonated water and undrinkable. My fries (the only thing that was edible) were also burnt and hard. I don’t care what the problems are but if someone pays you for a service you should take some pride in what you give out that window. It’s fast food so I don’t expect fine dining but I want to be able to eat what I pay for. You should all be ashamed. Just do better.
