Tonight I went to order and everything seemed fine until I got home and one order was overly wrong I called to see if we could get it switched out and the lady who answered the phone kept talking over me asking me what I ordered j told her many times what I ordered and what I ended up with she reads a order in front of me off and it was exactly what I received and I said that and she continued to be rude and said what you have doesn't fix finding your order and the manager was in the background talking rudely saying they ALWAYS put order information on the bag (it wasn't) they find my order and rang it in wrong but somehow that was on me. I asked if we could just replace the order with what I asked for and she hands the manager the phone and he tells me to bring my WHOLE order back he won't serve me again and he will just give me my money. Mind you this was 15 minutes before closing when I called and 6 minutes once he hung up to get to the store before closing I get there and they locked the doors before 9 and kept ignoring me standing outside and ignored me calling. Once he was done rushing to get home after work he grabs my bag from my hand and walks away without a word I ask if he's doing a refund and he yet again gets rude and walks away. He goes into the drawer and grabs money and hands it to me with no words and shuts the door again. And I wasn't wrong I'm very careful when ordering food for me and my daughter as she is highly allergic to rice.

Ordered chicken fried rice and my wife had a chicken and shrimp dish. The cost was $28 and took it home to eat. My chicken fried rice had 3 pieces of chicken and my wife's taste so bad she threw it in the garbage. Do not go here. You have been warned.

This place always hits for me! Their steak teriyaki.. mmm. Delicious. This is the only place I get sweet tea.. it's consistent in flavor and sweetness and I appreciate that. Their dumplings and crab ragoons a good to. Also, try their spring rolls.

Listen I’ve never been here and let me tell you, they greeted me soon as I came in, the prices are fair for the amount of food these guys give you. For a to-go order they included a wet towel which is the first for me, totally loved it. I think it’s a locally family owned restaurant. I would definitely consider coming back.
I have been looking for an East Asian cuisine takeout in my area for a long time(North Richmond). Most of the options in Lex and Richmond are just out of reach convenience wise. I decided to give Winchester a chance with this restaurant and its an overall excellent experience. The price, portion size, quality and speed are all superb. I ordered the Teriyaki Steak meal. The steak was plentiful and tender. There were also plenty of vegetables(zucchini, mushrooms, onion). I look forward to returning weekly.

The ladies working were really nice. The food was super bland and had a lot of black pepper on it. The chicken was dry and the steak was chewy. The yum yum sauce tasted like sweetened mayo with nothing else.

Love this place. I could eat it every day! Their teriyaki chicken and steak is my favorite combo. They have massive servings and exceptional flavors. Their zucchini is incredible. It’s rare that zucchini is a show stopper in a meal but it is here for me every time. I want more after just writing this review!

Food is amazing, atmosphere was calm, and the service is FANTASTIC, Jaycee helped us place our order, she was very thorough and made sure our order was perfect, and her bubbly and happy attitude and at the end of the night none the less was icing on the cake, we will definitely be back!
