I would rather come here for excellent tasting coffee than the other coffee shops in Winchester. The coffee is better and less expensive than another "brand" in town.The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Got a cup of vanilla flavored fresh brewed coffee 9-7-23 was great. Got a coffee, black, on Friday 9-8-23-tasted liked dishwater, returned. Coffee was replaced with a flavored coffee. Both the coffee and actual cup reaked of perfume/lotion smell. Destroyed the taste of coffee; threw out. YOU NEED TO HAVE SERVERS CLEAN THERE HANDS OF ANY PERFUME LOTION, BEFORE TOUCHING CUP AND LID. Will not go back.
I’m from this area but moved away, was surprised to find a legit coffee stand when I came to visit for a few days. The espresso beverages are really good.The employees might need some extra training on the drinks that might not be ordered very frequently — I ordered a matcha green tea latte, which is supposed to be made with matcha powder and very minimal water then the cup is filled with steamed milk. Instead they steeped a bag of jasmine tea in a cup full of boiling hot water and added a small amount of milk, which was decidedly an abomination.Great experience otherwise, the staff are super friendly and the service is fast :)

I can't rave about the staff here enough! They are beyond excellent. The coffee is always top notch, the staff are SO kind and the service is always excellent. You can grab a coffee and be out in a less than a few minutes, bot what you'll get at the Starbucks here in town or other coffee shops. I'm so thankful they're here, this town needed a great coffee shop with workers who treat you like friends/familyDietary restrictions: Lots of various options depending on your dietary style. Low fat, fat free, almond milk based, etc

The scooters in Winchester, ky is the most amazing place to start the morning. If I am feeling even a little “off”, I know they are going to greet me with a smile after they tell me to “scoot on up”. I can’t thank them enough for giving me sunshine and delicious breakfast or coffee or snack or energy drink.

MY 5 STARS GO TO THE EXCELLENT STAFF!!! I'm such a Scooters fan, but sorry to say I don't like the new energy drink in the Infusions. I really wanted to like it being its sugar free and only 5 calories but I just didn't.The fake sugar just makes it to sweet and I can taste the diet taste. Please fix so I can continue to get my daily dose of Peach/Pom Infusion! Its my daily pick up! Also the girl at the window (maybe Jess sry I suck at names) I LOVE HER! Best customer service ever!!!!!!!
