Stopped to get a milkshake, went inside, no one acknowledged I was there. A cook looked at me but never said a word. A worker walked toward the back, didn’t turn to look at the counter. Not one person acknowledged me. I was excited to be close to a Sonic but if this is their idea of customer service I will not be back.

I enjoy this place a lot. The good here tastes way better than the Sonics in CA. I really like the smash burgers with tots. The customer service is great as well. The lobby is a noce little place to dine in at.

I can’t do less than 1 star. I order a Sugar cookie Dr. pepper I received a dirty Dr.Pepper. I am allergic to coconut. I called after I left er was extremely bitchy and sarcastic they said it’s a small simple mistake when that’s life or death to others. They did not seem to care I had go to er cause I was having a bad reaction

15 minute wait with 2 cars in front of me. 26 dollars for 2 slushies and 2 cheese sticks. That’s an absolute joke for sonic grade fast food.

Ordered on the mobile app, which told me to go to a stall. I waited 20+ minutes at the stall, they never brought my food and yelled that the stall is closed. Then the drive-thru took another 30. Worst sonic in the area, sonic on Richmond Rd in Lexington is 10x better.

I wouldn't know what the food tastes like because I was never waited on. I drove up to the menu/speaker with intentions to place an order and no one answered. We waited for a good 10 minutes and finally drove around to the window. The young lady at the window saw us and kept talking to her co-workers. Finally, when she saw that I wasn't going anywhere, she opened the window to see what I wanted. I asked her how does one make an order here and she rolled her eyes and said that you have to make it at the speaker(like duh) and told me to drive back around. I didn't even explain that I just did that and not one person answered. I went on home and fixed dinner for myself and daughters. The cheaper and healthier option anyways. I've noticed a shift in the fast good industry within the last 3-4 years that for the most part, good service is almost non-existant.

Ordered ahead and waited a total of 24 minutes for 2 drinks. No one ever came to the stall and it cleared my order so eventually had to go through the drive through. The tea was mediocre at best
