The food's great... Actually, I'd really LOVE to eat here, more often... However, since paying for one, plain ol' hot dog, 2 medium Cokes, with 2 medium orders (5ct.) of mozzarella sticks, still seems to cause, a certain degree of pain, equivalent to how much it'd hurt, if they charged me half a year's wages & my first born child.... Well, it just ain't, as they say: 'in the cards' for this guy....

Pulled up to the drive through ordered two small milkshakes. The man taking the orders was rude and impatient, when we pulled up he took my card and when he handed it back gave me no receipt. We waited for a few minutes before he told me to pull up. After a few more minutes I was handed my milkshakes, no straws and no receipt.

Ordered a drink, 98 degrees outside, drink had very little ice in it. So I went to the drive thru and explained this. So the manager charged me $1.15 for a cup of ice to put into the drink I just paid almost $7 for. Crazy!

We pulled into the parking lot & stopped by the drink specials that are posted on the wall in front of the dumpsters. then we went through the drive through & ordered our drinks. while waiting in line after ordering, the manager comes out and tells us her employee came back inside from cleaning the bathrooms bc we made them uncomfortable because we were staring at them? we didn’t even SEE an employee outside, we were looking the opposite way! it’s obvious to me that this employee just didn’t want to clean the bathrooms so she lied to her manager so she wouldn’t have to clean them. and the manager literally JUST came out to tell us we made her employee uncomfortable, and made it seem that we should apologize for such. and we did, we also explained we were looking at the special drinks on the wall. she reiterated again that we made her employee uncomfortable, then walked back inside. no “sorry for accusing you of being creepy,” or “thank you for your business,” or “have a good night,” or anything! incredibly unprofessional, very embarrassing, i will not be spending any more money at this sonic.
Well Thursday is 79 cent slush days. Well I got 3 small slushes and was charged 1.35. When asked about the price while ordering they said yes it's 79 cents. We'll when they lady brought our drinks she went back in took our money and still charged the 1.35. She said that the 79 cents was only for medium slushes. Well why didn't they say that when I asked while ordering.?? Lack of communication on their part, and before she even asked if I still wanted it she already had my money and brought my change. If that was the case I would have given everything back. Very disappointed in this transaction. It might not seem like a lot of money to some people but other people are struggling and just want their kids to be happy. Beware of how you order and they Wil take advantage of you
