I gave 1 star bc they didn’t have the option to give 0 they couldn’t make a milk shake if there life depended on it they might as well give you a frozen solid tub of ice cream bc you could such the Crome off a trailer hitch before you get a single drink of a milk shake from there though a straw

I placed a pickup order for sonic blasts. When I came to pick them up, my blast tasted like straight up salt to the point I couldn’t even eat it and I had to throw it away because it was so disgusting. Then, when I tried speaking to a manager about it, I could hear them talking badly about me over their headsets and how I was ridiculous. I wasn’t offered a remake or a refund or anything. I was simply given excuses until even the manager said it shouldn’t taste that way and then she walked inside and I could continue to see them looking out at me and talking about me angrily. I work in fast food and I understand, but this was just ridiculous. This was Monday night at 7:30 P.M. and frankly, I am disgusted by their customer service and how the manager handled it.

My friends and I just came through the drive thru and ordered ice cream. My friend and I both had ordered them and they both tasted like salt. We both went to talk to the managers and the customer service was awful. They just shrugged at us and looked at us like we were stupid and didn’t offer a refund or a new blast or anything. I work in fast food as well and I could not imagine treating customers like this. This was on Monday night around eight and i’m frankly just appalled at the customer service.
