Rude guy at window. If you place an order through the app for points they act like it’s a burden to make your coffee. Even if there is no one else in the drive thru ahead or behind you, they want you to wait in a parking space for 15 mins until coming back through the drive thru AGAIN for two coffees rather than just wait at the window for it to be ready. Makes 0 sense. Even after waiting in the parking space 15 minutes and coming back through he still had an attitude as if it takes 30 minutes to make two coffees.

I just went in to pick up my coffee. They didn't put a sleeve on, so I asked the guy in front of me if they had sleeves. He said if they aren't there we may be out. He turns to the to go and grabs one, then tells me "Next time you have a question go down there. We don't answer questions on this side of the counter." And this is why I don't need to spend $7 on coffee anymore.

I always ask for caramel drizzle in my drinks and NEVER get it. I even pay extra. The service is extremely slow, and the people in the window are rude. I went back in and just asked for them to put caramel in it and they acted really annoyed. I’m gonna get what i paid for🤷🏻♀️. I do not recommend this store. also always out of everything.

Stopped by tonight to get my wife who works at the hospital next door a chia latte, I usually praise this location however the guy working the window was really rude and when I asked about if they still made the chocolate Chip frappes he just had a tone like he was disgusted. Probably won’t be coming back here at this time of day again.

This starbucks used to be amazing but then Hannah left. They are consistently out of cold brew. Lines are long. The guy at the window this morning was not friendly. Drink was wrong. Had to park and go in. The lady inside was nice and fixed my drink right away. Guess I'll start stopping at Mt Sterling for coffee.
Stopped on our way to lexington Saturday but never again. Ordered 2 drinks my daughter got hers but everytime I would ask the woman about mine she would treat me like I never ordered and that i was just trying to get a free drink and would go on doing what they were doing and being rude. We were in a hurry so we left there paying $13.00 for 1 drink.
