Went there today through the drive-through and was trying to get a $6.99 meal and she was very rude about it. Whoever the lady was because I wasn’t sure of the sandwich that was for the deal of the day. Also, she wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence before she kept interrupting me and then she kept getting aggravated because I didn’t really know what I wanted because I wasn’t sure And I wasn’t sure what came on the sandwich so I was trying to figure it out. She was very rude and I did not like the Customer Service at all if she doesn’t like her job she needs to quit.

I was verbally assaulted by a drive thru worker this evening. Raised her voice and slammed the window in my face ( for asking if my online order was toasted because our order hasn’t been correct the last 3 times ) When she finally came back and opened window I asked for the manager. She refused. At that point I raised my voice.She then threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave the property. We eat there weekly but I will NEVER support them again. I worked with the public my whole career and I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Disgusting behavior.

Try to use the app. never works. Spoke to black woman manager and gave her a compliment and she never spoke to me. I was the only customer. Male worker (who was great) I think was embarrassed for me.

My boyfriend and I got some sandwiches here and the cashier was just so incredibly sweet and nice, she really elevated our experience here. I didn’t catch her name but on the top of the receipt it says server by 0827. I hope she gets a raised or something because she is amazing and our sandwiches were delicious!

Vegetarian options: The veggie patties are really good!

Terrible service and always slow. But hey, it's just another poorly ran franchise so I guess I'm only joking myself by thinking it would be any different or change. Can't believe I'm saying this but you're better off going to Jimmy J down the street.

Do not use the app! If they mess up your food (which they do quite often) you cannot get a refund on the subway app. They will expect you to come there and pick up your replacement food.

5/6/24 Absolutely can’t get a mobile order right then they have an attitude when you want it fixed.For one; I have now missed my lunch break because I had to drive back from work for you to fix this (which wouldn’t have been a problem had you not given me someone else’s order entirely and I paid more for items I didn’t get!) ANDFor two; if you make a mistake don’t have such an attitude, just fix it and go on with your day.Get it together guys… this is sad.

Your commercials says you slice your meat per order. Obviously, that was a big fat lie. Went there, meat was already cut, just like it was before the advertisement. That's misleading. I rather go to Jersey Mike's to get my fresh meats. Adios Subway.

I ordered 2 foot longs with a Buy one get one half off coupon. 2 sandwiches was Still over $24! Get them home and the sweet onion teriyaki chicken has NO TERIYAKI SAUCE, and NO Bacon that I was charged $3 for. The chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich had NO BACON, and had jalapenos all over it. I called and was told, you can bring the sandwiches and receipt back and we will remake it. Ummm I do not live in town and I certainly don't have 30-40 minutes to drive all the way back because you guys can't follow simple directions! Asked for a manager, sorry there isn't one available. Are you serious!! And it's like this every single time!
