My man Brian on the cooking station knows my food before I even get a chance to order. I walk in and he asks the regular, I smile instantly. If I'm having a bad day, he knows just how to make me smile and definitely knows how to make my steak just perfectly. Let me tell ya something, nobody will ever make my steak how I want it. I have to come here because Brian is the only person to make it perfectly how I want. He's mainly the only reason I come here just to get a steak.
