My burger patties were not hot or fresh. My wife's spicy chicken was very puny looking. The fries were great and hot! Just not the kind of Wendy's expirence we are used too. And it was just after 12:00 pm.

I would get their caramel crunch vanilla ice cream but tonight they got my order wrong because I wanted that ice cream but they gave me an Oreo ice cream instead and didn’t try to call me or message me if they were out of it and I am very disappointed in Wendy’s and they were trying to put the blame on the door dasher but it’s Wendy’s fault for giving me the wrong item that I didn’t want and that I didn’t order.

The male manager on shift was completely on point and very personable. The girl at the front counter was totally awesome. Probably the best experience I've ever had at one of your establishments. Tell them the French guy was highly impressed. Will gladly stop there again

A taco salad, small chili, and kids meal cost over $18. Get home and see that their new taco salad is less than half the size it used to be. For just under $10 I got a salad smaller than my female hand, I did pay for extra cheese which you can clearly see is not on the salad, and then if you look close you can see that the tortillas were expired in June of 2025, over 4 months ago! The last time I ordered their taco salad was back in April or May and the tortillas were expired in December of 2024 so it appears to be a continous problem. I wonder what other food they're serving that is expired but no one else see the expiration date on...... I couldn't believe the price, but if I didnt order that extra small chilli, my 10$ tiny salad certainly wasn't going to fill any adult belly! Its seriously impossible to get decent food at any faster food restaurant anymore :(
