This location is stealing money from customers. I ordered the $6 biggie bag with the crispy chicken blt sandwich but they gave me the crispy chicken sandwich without the tomato and cheese. They did not give me a receipt so there was nothing I could do about it. This location has done this to me twice already so here I am leaving this review. It's only a dollar difference, but it isn't what I ordered, and doing this multiple times to who knows how many people makes the amount of money stolen astronomical. Management needs to be wiped and new staff brought in.

Three friends and I were at your location on Sunday the 26th of Jan this year. Two of the ladies ordered hamburgers. When they went to eat them they tasted awful and the hamburger patty didn't even look like hamburger and they could not eat them. Needless to say we were very disappointed with our trip to your location.

Just left with a small bowl of chilli and ugh. Cold as if they just poured it out of the bag straight from the cooler. Worst location in Memphis in my opinion. With having numerous bad encounters

I went through the dive thru, and they were rude. The food was good and everything though.

We stopped in Saturday evening and decided to go inside since there was about 9 cars in the drive thru so assumed inside would be faster. Wrong. 2 people finished having their order taken then as we stepped to the register the employee stepped away. I assumed to get someone's order. Well 18 minutes later, a line of 8 people behind me and several families that got out of line not 1 single Wendy's worker would even look our way..... they didnt say 1 single word to the line of people, wouldnt even make eye contact.....they were only concerned with mobile orders and the drive thru..... so we decided to leave and go thru the drive thru to test a theory of what would be faster. At this point there was 13 cars in the drive thru. Took us about 20 minutes to make it thru the line and as we drove away we could still see people inside in line that was in line when we walked out. Ridiculous how little the employees cared about people inside their establishment wanting to eat inside. If you don't want to take care of those people then close your inside area!!! Side not food once we finally got it. About 40 minutes later :/
