Went here yesterday to get food for my family and the cashier, I can't find her name on my receipt but she was a redhead with pigtails, rang me up. I ordered 3 whopper meals and forgot the fourth after I had cashed out and so I asked if I could get another one. She rang me up for a whopper only and I told her I wanted it to be a meal and she said she could add them on. I paid for a whopper, the fry and drink separately and said "hey is there any way I could get like a $2 or $3 refund since I'm paying more than what a meal would cost?"
She immediately got snappy with me, said "I'm getting the manager" and I tried to say "hey I'm not trying to cause any problems, I just want to pay for the meal instead of it separate" and she snapped at me again repeating that she was getting the manager.
Manager walks over and asks what the problem was and I explain and the entire time the girl is glaring at me. He comp'd the fry and drink and I got a refund but the way she snapped at me over me simply trying to ask to pay what I expected to pay for a meal ruined it. My boyfriend was especially upset with how I was treated. Kudos to the manager for being nice and understanding. I used to work fast food so I understand there's bad days but I tried really hard to be as nice as I could only to get snapped at by that girl just really made me upset.
Only reason service is getting the 2 star is for the manager.

The sandwiches were barely warm. Fries were hot with very little salt. Best thing was our drinks. Was very cold inside the store.
It seems I have to go back 8 out of 10 times to get all of my order. Now I sit in the parking lot and look through my bags, or bag as they like to fill it to the top, and check to see if I got all my order.

Usually pretty good if u get food how u ask. Last time was excited bout tryin bbq bacon chicken. Got it home only to find NO bacon! HOW?!Edit: 3/8/21BACON cheeseburgers with NO BACON!
