They were friendly but slow. 4 cars were pulled to the side waiting for their food. I just had a sandwich so not sure what took so long. No drinks, no fries, da nada. They are probably hijacking the drive thru timer to keep their service time down. Been there done that in high school and I did not like it when the management of the establishment I worked for did it. It takes more time and manpower to have a runner in the parking lot trying to figure out which meal goes to which customer.

Have not been to this location in more than 4 years. Today, since there were no cars in the parking lot NOR the drive thru, I thought I would give them another chance. my entire order was: Large Onion Ring and The Bacon King Burger (Photo below) hold the Mayonnaise. My burger looked NOTHING like that! 1 piece of bacon cut in half and MAYONNAISE! I will not be back. TERRIBLE!
Everytime we go to this place you have to pull up and wait for your food and the order is never right.... You would think no busier than they are they could actually get an order right...very disappointing!! Gave this place yet another chance tonight 11/10/2024 and once again same thing had to wait 20 mins after arriving for online order for fries to only be half full this place shouldn't even be open ...fast food my ass!!!!

Hilarious experience. Today we went there for some fast meal, bc we had around 20mins left until an appointment. Our food seemed to be ready quite fast, but BK gave it accidentally to another customer. Instead of replacing our order immediately, we just heard a 5x "sorry for that" and BK did 20 other customers in the meantime. After around 30mins of waiting for our food, we stood up for heading to our appointment & wanted our money back, right after that our food was ready & cold. - Finally we grabbed the shitty stuff and left, by hearing again "your food is ready right now, sorry baby" - NEVER EVER again BK in Abbeville, you never know what's awaiting you there....

Most terrible experience ever! We were hungry and just had a few min to eat something before we had to head to our appointment so we ordered 1 whopper, 1 double whopper, and 2 whopper junior. When the order was ready, my husband said Yes this is our order, but Burger King just gave our food to an elderly woman with her grandson, she got her own food as she gave to her grandson plus our food as she took also what a easy way for her to get free food?!!! We had to sit and wait for over 30 min to just get our food, instead of remaking our food right away, they made all the other people's food first, which resulted in us being late for our appointment ? This error would have been avoided if Burger King had asked to see the receipt before handling the food out to the wrong customer! We won’t come back here again!!
