Ever since they got new management at this location, things have started to get better. Food is a lot better than what it used to be prior to the new management.

I worked for them and wasn’t properly trained most of there workers are dirty as hell. I’ll be posting the videos soon corporate just got in touch with me tho so after I talked to them I’ll show the proof of how foul the managers and employees are at this place. They have picks they fake fire people and send them to work at another chilis and then welcomes them back with open arms because they need the help. But thne in I had soo much too share. 🤦🏾‍♂️

I would like to thank the GM Cody for taking care of my order and delivering it himself. The first DoorDash driver took my order and then the second order was cancelled!!! I greatly appreciate Cody for taking the time and putting in the effort to take care of his customers!!!

I am not feeling well so I have a sister that came sleep with me and help me . I get Chilis occasionally when husband is home . We enjoy the menu and normally it is good . I have pictures and I am not satisfied with the service or the quality of food . The burgers were not cooked on outside and burnt on the edges. We were told to be there between 6:15 and 6:20 pm . They would text us to go inside . My brother waited but I didn’t get a text.
I have picture of texts also . So I told him to get down and check . The burgers were sitting there ready to go out . When we got them they were not warm , burgers were not good and the bread tasted old .

This place is so professional and so amazing with their food. They are so kind and so fast paced. They have some really good food over there and good refreshing drinks and so many options on the menu and some very delicious desserts, my favorite is the molten lava cake 🎂. I really would recommend this place if you want to go out alone or as a family. Great place.

Husband's food was burnt, requested it to be replaced and came out still smelling and tasting burnt. Couldn't enjoy a meal together on a very much needed date night. Definitely would not return. Waitress was absolutely awesome

ORIGINAL REVIEW: We've been driving out to Abbeville regularly and last time we visited, decided to stop at this Chili's. Well, it was just GREAT.

We had a rather nice portion of baby back ribs (bigger than what we get in the city, that's for sure) and the inside temperature and atmosphere was just right.

We'll be back.
