I visited from out of town and I heard this was the best place to get a king cake. I haven’t tried one so I definitely wanted to try it. I had it filled with Bavarian and strawberry just to go all out for my first time. I have no regrets, it was so light and not overly sweet at all! Stopped in and we were greeted by the sweetest lady. Explained that we had never had a king cake before and that we were from Missouri. She went on to show me the different ones. And I picked the chocolate and Bavarian. She said that was a good choice her favorite too lol. If you are ever in Abbeville Louisiana stop in at Meches and pick you up some sweet delights.Thank you for your kindness.

Best glaze donuts I’ve ever had ? Will definitely be returning and also a great children environment… manager is so nice and respectful she even makes cute color sheets for kids it’s so wonderful at this location? customer service is a A+ too !!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK YOU GUYS!!!
