The Pho is phenomenal!!!! Very good size portion for the price! Girl who took my order was very patient.... explained everything to me and even walked my order out to my car... In the rain! I'm definitely going back!!

Hokay, so they used to be awesome back before they moved. Now, the food is mediocre at best. Its like they put MSG in it but not enough for it to make the food good. The Pho has no flavor, the Lo Mein is whiter than me, the po-boy is decent, but the spring rolls are good with peanut sauce. They used to be my go to and at least a once a week stop for me. Now, i dont think I'll eat there again. (Mind you, I've given it several chances over a few weeks before writing this review and it pains me for it to turn out this way.)

Horrible with an attitude!!! I have always enjoyed this place for the past 2 years. Lately the food has been less than edible. The crab Rangoon were burnt ( only ate the middle ) and the hamburger dinner I was served raw meat and then when I returned it they offered to recook however No thank you, my appetite was ruined...Then shoved the money out the window and didn't say anything...So disappointed this was my go to place when I was to tired to cook ...The name Phamily doesn't even come close to how they make you feel...As of lately!!! I hope they can get it together for their lively hood. Best wishes for your future.

Mediocre (at best) food. My shrimp fried rice had 3 tiny shrimp in it. They charged .75 for a little cup of what was supposed to be tartar sauce, but was nothing but mayo. There were no pickles in it. Oysters were overcooked and hard. We won't be returning.

The food was fresh and good. The fish was freshly prepared. The place is very clean.
There was Black mold in one of the rooms, at least 14" X 20" and it took a day for someone to look at it. They told us they fixed it within an hour. You can't remediate Black Mold in 1 hour. We had 4 people per room and they allowed us two towels. We tried to get more and they said we had to bring the dirty ones back before we could get any. Surely this has to be a health violation, not to provide one towel per person per day. They didn't provide housekeeping on a daily basis. There were two police actions in the parking lot while we were there. A lot of industrial workers sitting around the parking lot drinking and some were high on other stuff.

We had a great dinner here! I was excited to try something new and it did not disappoint! The food tasted very clean and fresh, not greasy or overpowered with sauces. They provided sauces that you can dip and add to your dish. The people next to us all got Pho and it smelled so good that I will definitely return to try it out.

Ordered the Lo Mein. It was spaghetti noodles with fake shrimp and boiled beef. There was no sauce, no flavor, no nothing.... Was excited to try it, but 30.00 down the tubes. One bite and it went into the trash. What a shame.

Food was literally boiled plain spaghetti noodles with Farm raised nasty shrimp .. no seasoning, other meal had white colored boiled beef in lomein .. wasted my hard earn money on
