I usually get smoothies from here often but it's really annoying when no one comes to the window for 10 minutes and you're just sitting there waiting wondering if they even know you're at the window. A good idea would be to come to the window and say I'll be right with you if you were busy… that's good customer service

Drive through orders a Skinny Salted Caramel Crunch Smoothie. I've had this exact same order at other surrounding locations without any complaints with my order. BUT THIS ONE TAKES THE CAKE. This is UNACCEPTABLE for a place that specifically specializes in smoothies & for $10.
