food is good and usually consistent, I just find myself spending around 15 to 20 minutes on every order. I usually do online ordering, always just drinks, and it almost always takes the team the length of a Nickelodeon cartoon to get me my drink. The service and workers are always nice people, but it just takes so long.

My drink came out wrong, and I was just gonna chill with it. When I got home, I noticed my corn dogs were burnt.

They are nice but can NEVER get my order right. Its just ketchup and pickle with my cheeseburger and they gave me just ketchup. If I'm paying almost 6 dollars for a burger I would like my order to be correct because I even do it through the app usually, so you can read what I want. Like y'all burgers are already expensive enough please save me the stress and just add my pickles. This is so common this happens

Recently stopped at this Sonic while traveling for the drive-in experience. Pressed the order button and a loud garbled response would come which was completely unintelligible. Did this twice till a person comes out and tells us they are drive through only, boss doesn’t want the employees coming outside! Why not put a sign and take down all the order stations, to then just become like all the other fast-food places that we avoid. Wanted the drive-in experience, or wise I will just eat at home. Last time for us trying a Sonic.

I had an experience and scanned the bar code for complaints or issues. There was one and only one guy running orders out. He was the only carhop. Because I go everyday I do not know if it says who complains but now I have been three times and they will not answer to take my order so I stood on the porch and tried ordering there and they were looking at me but never would answer for me to order. It seems they are retaliating against me. It has turned into if I complain they will never take orders from you. I only put the name of the carhop that is the only thing I can see why this is happening and they know it is me. I have gone there everyday for years but am not going back never ever again. I would rather drive to Kaplan or Lafayette for my drink

This place has gone way downhill. Bad management and worse employees. The food is always old and normally taste like pure grease, and then to top it off they take forever to bring it out. Also have the nerve to get mad when they don't receive any tips Haven't been back in awhile. Seems like they cannot or will not get their act Together. Prices are not worth it for the garbage there serving.

Had the worse experience ever today! First my son and I went yesterday after school... Placed an order through the app. Was delivered very quickly. Was surprised actually. Get home to find they forgot his tots. I called and was told to come back and I would get an order free. Go today... Place an order on the app... At 2:43. Waited about 5 minutes and pushed the button to tell them to add the free tot. No one answered. Waited a bit longer and tried again... No answer. Called the store.. no answer. I was trying to save them an extra trip. Food finally showed up about 25 minutes later. They seemed to be more concerned with the drive thru. They were moving pretty quickly while I was getting impatient. Kid shows up with the order. Forgets the blast. I Tell him about the free tot because I didn't get the one I PAID for yesterday. Comes back with a bag with a tot... No blast. I reminded him . Waited another 5 minutes and he came back with the blast and two tots. I apologized to him for me being upset. ( I had EVERY right).... It took 35 minutes to get a wacky pack, a blast and cup of ice! I will not be going back. I can get my ice at Circle K and food from Food Ext. At least their the food is always fresh and hot. I've given too many chances to this place ... And disappointed at least half of those times. Sad to see one of my son and I's fave places going downhill so bad. ( I go for the ice not the drinks... Even half price cheaper at Circle K... And cashiers are friendly there.

NEVER AGAIN!!!! In town visiting figured id place a mobile order to get a quick lunch. Took 20 minutes for the food to come out!! When I received my cheesy bacon stack it was cold not toasted with only mustard on it nothing else! Waited in line another 10 minutes to have it fixed. The lady at the window was completely useless took the burger back from me had the kitchen slap on more stuff that was also not what I ordered and gave me the same burger back! Absolutely disgusting! She took the payment for the car behind me while waiting on my burger and took a picture of the lady’s card. Do not waste your time or money here!!!

This place is phenomenal and awesome when it comes to food and service in my opinion, but the atmosphere is not too great. It is located where literally anything bad can happen, but nothing can be done about that. All in all without my not so good comment that I just made, this place is recommended on my end here.

Used to frequent this Sonic, especially after they introduced ordering with the app. But all of my recent trips have been disappointing. This trip, where my order was nearly completely wrong, will likely be my last for the forseeable future.
Restaraunt is in desperate need of TLC. They replaced several broken drive-ins by taking them from other locations, though marked three of the empty spots as order-ahead only (not a bad idea). Plus it seems to take longer for your food to come out now, app or not. I feel like the place might be understaffed or suffering from some kind of issues in the kitchen.
I can't say what will fix these issues, but I do hope they tend to them sooner rather than later. Really sad to see this place falling in quality so much in recent months.
