Ordered a simple iced coffee with splash of milk, and the drink was literally white. I asked her to remake it with the same result. Never had such an experience at a Starbucks. I noticed that the workers seemed agitated to be doing their jobs as soon as I walked in. Can’t see this location lasting long

I've never had a problem until today. I paid for 2 caramel ribbon crunch frappachinos that were mostly ice and had almost no flavor. Whoever's job it was to make the drinks today needs more training.

It’s so nice to walk into Abbeville starbucks & they know you by name . Staff is so friendly. & helpful. I don’t have to drive to lafayette anymore for my SB coffee .I love Abbeville Starbucks .

Very friendly employees!!!!! They have made it a point to learn regular customers which adds that personal touch!
I visited this location twice. The first time, the one barista working in the front area informed me that they were backed up on drive-thru and mobile orders. I used the app to pick up in the store and had to wait a few extra minutes for my beverages and was satisfied that he let me know in preparation for a wait. He seemed nervous because of the volume of orders, but he completed his job, and I was out in a few minutes. I went today to pick up another order, but the lobby was closed for hurricane preparations. No problem; I went through the drive thru, and the service was wonderful despite the slew of cars trying to get last-minute coffees. It seems as if the staff are getting the hang of things, especially since the store is still new. It's disappointing to see bad reviews from locals who are upset that they can't make their complicated order in one minute when they decide to order one minute in the drive thru before closing time. I watched them make one of my drinks the first time, and it requires a bit more than making a shot and dousing creamer on top. Abbeville is still backward in that regard. Keep up the good work, and I'll definitely be back.

The service was super super slow . I put in a mobile order at 10:57 and was in line waiting for over 15 minutes to get my iced green tea . There’s only one car in front of me in the drive through and she only ordered one drink idk why it took them over 15 minutes before they handed out her drink . By the time I get my iced green tea there’s barely no ice in it .
