So how many people have been to any two of the Subways in Abbeville and was told you can’t build your own sandwich. I know I have a they have upset not only just me but my family. The owner of both stores ( Walmart and the one by Super one) Has told their employees that they CAN’T let people build their own sandwich. You have to only order the specialty sandwiches. When asked for corporates number the employee said they didn’t have it. Now hear the kicker. One of my family members had called a different store and said that corporate has not made them just sell the specialty sandwiches. They wanted to push the specialty sandwiches but you should still be able to build your own. So just wanted to let everyone know if you want to build your own sandwich go somewhere else and not the 2 subways here in Abbeville. Also do not get upset with the employees they are just following what the owner of the store is telling them to do.

2hrs before closing time and they are out of bread?! What kinda sandwich shop runs out of bread 2hrs before closing the. Gets mad when you look at them sideways and say “I did walk into subway right?” I am legitimately confused at what kind of screwed up business model this is….

The employees are wonderful but every time I go in it seems like a stressful environment when there's this one young lady named Kerry working so I talked to some of the employees about this and they said the manager tells them it's normal to have a toxic work environment so she keeps her around!!! I want all these young ladies to know that it's not normal and they do not have to put up with it. There are so many jobs out there that will treat them with the respect that they deserve. From one manager to another If you don't fix the toxic environment it will make everyone stressed and unhappy and customers will notice and they will not return. Just like a domino effect. I'll gladly take some of the good ones off your hands because great employees are not that easy to find. Count your blessings and fix the problem!

Probably the worst experience I've ever had at any Subway. They did not honor my coupon (which most definitely was active and not expired as I had just received it in the mail) but really the main thing was the incredibly poor attitude of all three workers there. I felt like I was bothering them by ordering and they had an really bad attitude when I asked why they couldn't use the coupon and was told that they just "don't do that here." Will definitely go to a different Subway...even if it is out of town. Subway, you may want to check in on your workers at this location.

I think I'm just in love with the concept of standing there and telling someone exactly how you want your food and what ingredients to put into it. There is little to no room for errors in your order unless you make them yourself. Other than that I usually get friendly and fast service. Every once in a while they'll have someone in there that shouldn't be working in a customer service position but for the most part everyone is always very nice and accommodating.

I had old bread that hurt to eat, because it was so hard. My sandwich was lazily put together. They were really stingy with all the toppings. The workers had an attitude and were hard to deal with. It didn't taste like other subways. Never coming back.

I live in Abbeville and moved here about 8 months ago and i absolutely love every single subway but this specific subway in Abbeville is absolutely I mean absolutely horrible. Me and my husband both went at two different times there and I actually had two tiny pieces of shredded chicken on a foot long I went back up there and I got there 1 hour before close on a weekday and they waited till I walked half way up to the front door and they locked it as soon as I grabbed the handle of the door absolutely lazyyyyy. And my husband through his in the trash there was no meat on his nothing he had meatballs he said he wasn't going back up there going through the hassle with them because of their mistake and then he is really upset and so am I and we will never absolutely never go back there is no nothing they put on that sandwich I mean absolutely nothing I do not know how they're not closed down or still business at their location because of their two women out there I guess that they're the only two that work up there I've only seen ever ever and have no idea how they still have a job there there is no way.
