Worst Subway ever! Employees treat you rude like theyâre being bothered. This place could stand to learn a little about customer service.

I went to this SUBWAY AT THE ABBEVILLE LOUISIANA NEXT TO SUPER 1 location and was told by the manager and EMPLOYEES THERE THAT THEY donât do custom orders. I explained exactly what I wanted, but THEY refused to MAKE IT and said they only make sandwiches as listed on the menu. When I said I would call corporate number to file a complaint, all the employees said have a NICE DAY.
Subwayâs entire brand is based on letting customers build their own sandwiches, so this policy and attitude make no sense. Poor management and customer service. SO IF YOU DONT WANT A CUSTOM SANDWICH DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN FOR THAT REASON.

So how many people have been to any two of the Subways in Abbeville and was told you canât build your own sandwich. I know I have a they have upset not only just me but my family. The owner of both stores ( Walmart and the one by Super one) Has told their employees that they CANâT let people build their own sandwich. You have to only order the specialty sandwiches. When asked for corporates number the employee said they didnât have it. Now hear the kicker. One of my family members had called a different store and said that corporate has not made them just sell the specialty sandwiches. They wanted to push the specialty sandwiches but you should still be able to build your own. So just wanted to let everyone know if you want to build your own sandwich go somewhere else and not the 2 subways here in Abbeville. Also do not get upset with the employees they are just following what the owner of the store is telling them to do.

2hrs before closing time and they are out of bread?! What kinda sandwich shop runs out of bread 2hrs before closing the. Gets mad when you look at them sideways and say âI did walk into subway right?â I am legitimately confused at what kind of screwed up business model this isâŠ.

The employees are wonderful but every time I go in it seems like a stressful environment when there's this one young lady named Kerry working so I talked to some of the employees about this and they said the manager tells them it's normal to have a toxic work environment so she keeps her around!!! I want all these young ladies to know that it's not normal and they do not have to put up with it. There are so many jobs out there that will treat them with the respect that they deserve. From one manager to another If you don't fix the toxic environment it will make everyone stressed and unhappy and customers will notice and they will not return. Just like a domino effect. I'll gladly take some of the good ones off your hands because great employees are not that easy to find. Count your blessings and fix the problem!

They did not honor my coupon (which most definitely was active and not expired as I had just received it in the mail) but really the main thing was the incredibly poor attitude of all three workers there. I felt like I was bothering them by ordering and they had an really bad attitude when I asked why they couldn't use the coupon and was told that they just "don't do that here." Will definitely go to a different Subway...even if it is out of town. Subway, you may want to check in on your workers at this location.

The servers were not engaged and friendly with the customers the food was good and the place was clean but the face to face encounter needs work

I think I'm just in love with the concept of standing there and telling someone exactly how you want your food and what ingredients to put into it. There is little to no room for errors in your order unless you make them yourself. Other than that I usually get friendly and fast service. Every once in a while they'll have someone in there that shouldn't be working in a customer service position but for the most part everyone is always very nice and accommodating.
