Michelle is very friendly whenever my dad and I go!!! We are one of regulars so it’s nice to have her and she carries a nice conversation with us and she always has a smile on her face!!!

The food is great at this place. I go weekly. However, the owner started raising her voice at the chefs and everyone in the dining room heard. Then, she started hollering at the waitresses in the front. I was just trying to eat my food and witnessed it all. The owner should not treat their staff like this. It made me uncomfortable to watch.

LOVE THIS PLACE! I'm so sad that we don't have this restaurant here in CA! They have amazing food and the servers are warm and friendly! They are great with kids too, my youngest is 10 and both servers we had engaged with her. If your in the area, please go to this restaurant!

Ordered through Door dash, Driver showed up with 3 things missing . Called and Spoke to a “Manager” who said they’d have the missing orders made in 10 minutes. I said thank you and she just hung up. No “you’re Welcome” or I’m sorry for the mess up” nope just hung up on me. Not very professional or courteous from a managerial position.
Love Tokyo Japan very delicious! Kids love it as well!
