Waited at drive thru for 5minutes before someone said “give me a minute”. Proceeded to wait 5 more minutes mind you there is no one in line in front of me at 7pm on a Friday night. They are out of all the listed: no Dr Pepper, no cheese sauce, apparently no bacon bc my BACONATOR HAD NO BACON! My cheese and bacon baked potato had again no BACON. NOW I PAID EXTRA FOR THIS AND DODNT RECEIVE IT! It’s a sad statement but it seems to me almost every business in Abbeville is going to crap. I’m not sure what’s the deal if it’s the workers who just don’t care anymore or if corporations are not providing what they need but almost EVERY BUSINESS IN ABBEVILLE IS COMPLETE TRASH. ABBEVILLE NEEDS TO STEP IT UP WE ARE BETTER THAN THIS

My wife and I went for lunch, 11/09/25 we both got the baconator (sp) jr. the fries were hot, the burgers were cold, bread was not toasted and hard, had to ask for extra mayo due to the burgers were dry, it was the worse burger I ever had in a long time. For the price $28.00 for two meals I would not recommend it to anyone, I will never go back.

The lobby was locked at 6:45 PM, so I had to use the drive thru. I finally got to the kiosk and was not greeted until about 3 minutes later when I initiated the transaction. The location did not seem to be busy. My order was correct, and quite good. I do not believe the lobby should have been closed so early.

Its hit or miss at this Wendy's. Sometimes it's really good and fresh and other times not so much. Employes's can be ugly and rude but I've noticed the morning crew is much more pleasant to deal with.

I find they are the same as all the other fast food places in that the Employees are lazy, unclean, and have a serious lack of care for customers.

Went there bout 2:40-2:45 mind you they close 3 I show up cashier tells me everything off and there close well if yall close y say welcome to Wendy’s and ask what can I get for you imma shift leader at my job and we close at 1 and don’t stop make orders till 1 so what is yall problem next time I’m calling corporate

If I could give all zero I would! Cold burgers! Very few fries in a lg meal Wasn’t one other customer in the building!No excuse for laziness!!!!!!
Food is usually great. They're just to worried about the timer to get anything right on the first try. They always make you pull up (fine, they all do) and then hand people the wrong order. I see it all the time Today after they had me pull up, I watched them hand the car behind me an order, customer opened up the bag, wrappers, checked it, handed it back through the window. They then brought me the food that had already been dug in. I asked for a refund. The older guy (I can only assume is the manager) that brought me the refund had nothing to say. If he's the manager he shouldn't be. That young guy they are making run the food out in the rain is the only one seems to care.
