Horrible customer service the girl when i came ln the girl had an attitude while we were trying to order and this was our first time trying Bojangles and then a boy came on the mic so we asked a question about the meal again he caught an attitude too because he was talking over us , the food was overall good and well seasoned

$50 waisted!!!! I Door Dashed the 20 piece Bo Bites because they are usually hot, juicy, so fresh and tender. Not this time! My food was cold because they couldn't find a dasher. When my food was made, the Bojingles workers just let my bag sit there for 20 minutes before the dasher arrived, then my dasher had to make a stop before me. I hated this food! It was over fried, hard, cold, and tasteless. I spent $50 for trash! I understand that it was probably hard to get a dasher but don't make the order until you do get a dasher! That's just common sense and good customer service. Why would Bojingles workers and manager on duty not think to deviler hot food to their customers. $50 wasted on trash! This was by far my worst and most horrible experience with Bojingles.

You better bring a pen a paper thru the drive thru because when you order the entire left side of the menu becomes your order. What side would you like? Idk they aren't visible. What sauce would you like? Again cant see the options? I wasn't given choices and don't believe the workers have ever used their own drive thru

Why would you say you're open, but none of your employees are there or refusing to answer the speaker? What's the point of even having a business here? They literally have folks gathered around at the door waiting for their mobile orders. Lol. Good job.
This is the most magical, wonderful chicken biscuit I have ever had. It’s crispy, but tender and it’s SEASONED (praise Louisiana bc Jesus) plus the biscuits are the perfect fluffy southern biscuit. AND the desserts are also delicious. I’m tempted to take away a star because of the weight I’ve gained since they opened, honestly. The service is also pretty good for a fast food restaurant. I’ve been about a dozen times and have yet to have a bad experience, so I’m giving the whole place my full endorsement! TRY THE ICED BLUEBERRY BISCUITS!

The biscuits are great. I do recommend the blueberry dessert biscuits. The chicken is not bad. We had mac and cheese and fries as sides. I thought the fries were good. Mac and cheese was ok. Service was fast and friendly. Restaurant was clean and new.

The restaurant is clean and the line moved fast. Employees were friendly. The cost was low ,but the food reflected it unfortunately. I know it's fast food but I haven't had Mac and cheese like that since public school and the peach cobbler should be illegal to sell this far south. I feel like subway's yoga mat scandal of the mid 2010s applies to their biscuit.
