I would have ranked higher since this location is really good, but I feel like Domino's overall has been effected by shrikflation. I ordered a medium pizza, and I swear it was a small pizza! I even asked the worker, and they confirmed it was the medium. No wonder they can afford to still sell them for $6.99. I've ordered from this location plenty of times now, the staff is always friendly, and the pizza is correct and delicious. The real only complaint is how small the pizzas are now. Real bummer.

Adding a photo. The wings looked sad and tasted worse. The bacon on the pizza was basically rubber, no amount of chewing helped. Hard pass. But it’s standard for them. This place only survives bc it’s the only delivery option in Albany without having to use door dash. $45 for trash. A $4 tombstone pizza would’ve been a better option.

Wings had almost no sauce. Jalapeno bread was awful and half had no cheese on it and on the inside there was nothing in some of it. Ordered it at Abt 10:30 last night and I just can't believe they sent it out like that and we regretted leaving a tip or ordering anything at all

Horrifying Experience Domino’s Should Be Ashamed
This was hands down the most disgusting and infuriating experience I’ve ever had with a pizza place. The people working at this Domino’s clearly don’t care about the job, the food, or the customers. There’s ZERO pride, ZERO professionalism, and frankly, ZERO competence.
I called to report an issue and they HUNG UP on me. Not once MULTIPLE TIMES. No apology, no explanation, just pure rudeness like they couldn’t care less. I’ve had better service from a broken vending machine.
But the worst part? I found a freaking STRING baked INTO my pizza. Not a hair, not a mistake on toppings a piece of literal STRING. What the hell is going on in that kitchen? Are they using shoelaces as cheese now? That’s not just gross, it’s hazardous. Someone could choke on that!
I wouldn’t feed this trash to a stray dog. Domino’s — if you’re reading this, shut this location down or clean house. Because right now, you’re serving garbage with a side of negligence. Absolutely vile.

Worse service ever. This is the last time they will just randomly cancel my order or just not deliver it.they are beyond incompetent and extremely rude. For one and a half hours they said delivery was on its way only to finally admit they just flat out canceled it because they were too busy

This store is always late, no matter the time of day. If I use drive up window I wait 15 minutes just to be seen and usually have to call the store. Deliver is an hour and a half no matter the time of day at min. Food is always good but they need to figure something out.
