Well on top of a 25 minute wait for 2 hamburgers an order of fries and order of tater babies. We weren’t given our drinks at the time of order, brought our food out with yet again no drinks, and forgot a cup of cheese. Specifically asked for a hamburger with no tomato and guess what....tomato on the burger. I would think with a hand written order that was taken 15 feet from the grill and her repeating the order back to me that it would be right. Guess not. The only thing that deserves one star is the fact that the food that was right tastes decent. Get it together.

Gave this place several chances and it's just awful. Poor customer service and even worse food. Wait times are ridiculous then food is cold and soggy anyways. Literally took one bite and threw the whole meal away today . Good thing it's the only place in Albany to eat or it would probably be closed!!
Great food. One of my favorites is the Duke sandwich. The staff are very friendly but the food takes forever to be made. Your best bet is to call in a to go order and pick it up at the drive through.
