We were too early, but the girl felt sorry for an old couple and prepared our burgers early. We went for the burgers. They were delicious and the fries were the best ever. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place!!

Hands down had the best Philly cheese steak poboy I have ever tasted. Get a lot of food for the money. Kid friendly with special ordering. Great owner. Very clean. Lunch and dinner both great.

I love that we have this place and our small town of Albany. The food here is so good and freshly made as you order so you don't have to worry about getting food that's been prepared long before. Each day they have a special that's right around $11 and the food amount that they give you is enough Maybe for two people. I always try the special and it's always good. Can range from a variety of different types of food from beef tips to Mexican to American specialties. My son's usually get their hamburgers and it is really good as well. Very thankful for Patsy's and will be frequenting them as much as possible.

Order at Window and it took 20 minutes after I pay for it to get my order. Yes I was upset that it took that long food was excellent. Girl at window was very rude

I didnt get a pic because I ate it WAY to fast but the BEST bread pudding EVER. oh, and those Buffalo Fries are so good too!
Food was absolutely amazing. However the service was miserably slow in every aspect. Teenagers more interested in talking to each other than waiting on the patrons. Appetizer came after the main meal was finally served which was a 40 minute wait. 3 stars because the food was really delicious! Although a bad experience.....I would still go back. Just not when we're on a time schedule.

I got the hamburger steak and it was a really good size. I tried to order ahead but they seemed very busy and was still on hold when I arrived but they made it quicker than I thought they would. I also went through the drive thru that was very convenient. Will try them again

My girlfriend and I tried the restaurant yesterday and we were very pleased. I had the buffalo chicken fries and Emily had the roast beef poboy. Both were fantastic and we walked out happy. Lastly, staff was very friendly and attentive and the prices were reasonable too. I definitely recommend trying this place out.
