They cancelled my order after it was placed in the app. Told me I should receive my refund within a hour never did. I want my money back. I will not let this slide either I get my money back or we will have bigger issues

I ordered at 12:02. The nice lady with the glasses was trying to tell the shift manager on duty what I was missing and she wasn’t really trying to hear it. I checked everything off I had and never left the parking lot as I wasn’t just ordering for my kids but, their friends also. It’s 12:56 and I’m still waiting on one cheese pizza and two orders of crazy bread to go with the rest of my order. I can’t remember the last with the glasses name but, I used to work with her and she’s so sweet. She’s the only reason I come to this location. I get it. Folks get busy. However this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this attitude with he same shift manager. It’s close and local but, I do like to be appreciated as a customer. Especially for a $70 order. I’m patient so I just like for my order and things to be taken into account. Little Caesar’s is one of my favorite places but, the situation could’ve been handled differently. I almost cancelled my order. There used to be much better service. I understand we all have bad days but, that made me feel bad as a customer and person which really made me want to walk out and request my money back. I won’t be coming back here for awhile. I just wanted to make my kids happy and let them enjoy a day with friends since the weather is so beautiful out and they weren’t sick for a change.

Took a little over an hour to get it delivered One large pizza and herb crazy puffs with sauce NO SAUCE AND THEY WERE BURNT AND DRY THE TOPPINGS ON THE PIZZA WAS DRY AND HARD YALL need a return policy I would have loved to have seen someone try to eat this absolutely horrible

Worst place to pick up pizza from. THE ENTIRE STAFF SHOULD BE REPLACED. They gave my order away. Had to wait to get my fresh order. And my "fresh"order wasn't even fresh AT ALL.. ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD. Pizza taste old and. Wings were TOUGH and cold. NEVER ORDERING FROM LIL CEASERS AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Not entirely sure how you constantly get orders wrong, the instructions are literally on a screen in front of you. Either yall can’t read or just don’t care enough to do your job correctly. Poor work ethics, poor management.
