The cashier who I spoke to, Megan, was very kind to me. But unfortunately, that’s where my compliments with this establishment end. I overheard the manager yelling at people in the back, and every employee that I’d encountered seemed stressed out. I felt so sorry for them all. It was also very clearly understaffed for the amount of customers that I saw in there. I ended up having to wait 30 minutes for my pizza, and it was cold by the time I got it. I don’t blame the employees for any of this, but management clearly needs to be improved.

Pizza was good. Paid $38 for 4 large pizzas. A bit much, but also very reasonable. I ordered on the phone, and they were ready in about 20 mins. Just enough time to pick up. The lady on the phone was very nice, and while talking to me, she was telling the people in the kitchen what I was ordering to make it a faster time. Thank y'all!

Placed an order at the amite location. By the time I got home to feed the kids someone had ate one of the pizzas and replaced it with a regular pepperoni pizza!!!! That is not what I payed for!! Tampering with food is illegal!! UPDATE: The general manager Brittany called me to ask about more information and requested I take down my review. She stated that the piece moved while cooking. YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE ITS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOR CRUST, SIZE AND TYPE OF PIZZA. I will not take down this review. People can take from it what they want from it. Those that agree can agree and those that think it’s the same pizza can, but it was not. I don’t appreciate being talked down to and made to seem like I’m a lier. She also stated that Ive never had problems before, well sometimes you never have problems until YOU DO.

They cancelled my order after it was placed in the app. Told me I should receive my refund within a hour never did. I want my money back. I will not let this slide either I get my money back or we will have bigger issues

I ordered at 12:02. The nice lady with the glasses was trying to tell the shift manager on duty what I was missing and she wasn’t really trying to hear it. I checked everything off I had and never left the parking lot as I wasn’t just ordering for my kids but, their friends also. It’s 12:56 and I’m still waiting on one cheese pizza and two orders of crazy bread to go with the rest of my order. I can’t remember the last with the glasses name but, I used to work with her and she’s so sweet. She’s the only reason I come to this location. I get it. Folks get busy. However this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this attitude with he same shift manager. It’s close and local but, I do like to be appreciated as a customer. Especially for a $70 order. I’m patient so I just like for my order and things to be taken into account. Little Caesar’s is one of my favorite places but, the situation could’ve been handled differently. I almost cancelled my order. There used to be much better service. I understand we all have bad days but, that made me feel bad as a customer and person which really made me want to walk out and request my money back. I won’t be coming back here for awhile. I just wanted to make my kids happy and let them enjoy a day with friends since the weather is so beautiful out and they weren’t sick for a change.

Took a little over an hour to get it delivered One large pizza and herb crazy puffs with sauce NO SAUCE AND THEY WERE BURNT AND DRY THE TOPPINGS ON THE PIZZA WAS DRY AND HARD YALL need a return policy I would have loved to have seen someone try to eat this absolutely horrible
