I love this place. My Grandparents go here all the time. Excellent hush puppies. Couldn't get enough of them

The little lady that served our table was fantastic. The catfish was in my top 2. The sweet potato was huge but had little tator taste. Surely no a Louisiana yam. Will be back next time I'm in the area.

Nice little hometown fish place, reminds us of places we used to eat at when we were younger. They have great catfish, my partner rarely eats fish and loves the catfish from here.

We ordered a large catfish dinner, but was very disappointed with it. Had only 4 pcs of small fish. The waitress did bring 2 more pcs, but they were also small. Seemed a bit small for the price, even though we ordered a large. Good taste.

The breeze outside is beginning to feel like Fall to me, and my husband and I decided on Mike’s Seafood in Amite, LA for a little Gumbo and Shrimp & Corn Bisque for lunch. Of course, the Sunday church crowd had the dining room full, and we got on the waiting list for a table. The crowd moves in and out fast, so our wait time was only about 10 minutes or so. Our waitress Jennifer, sweet as apple pie was quick to the table to get our order in and kept our drink glass full. The menu has a variety of entrees with the specialty being fried, grilled seafood that includes shrimp, catfish, oysters, soups and salads and much more. The salad bar is my favorite. The lettuce is shredded just like I like it and there are plenty of toppings to build a delicious bowl of salad. This restaurant never disappoints and has plenty of options for your taste buds. It is a local “Go To” for seafood.
