Love this place. Always fresh. Had crawfish when I was there Friday night.
Edit: I ordered online to go. I was in a hurry so I picked up the food and went home. I was missing rice noodles,pork fried rice and 2 egg rolls. I paid around $50 for my food. I was so disappointed. I didn't have time to go back and get the rest of my food so someone had to do without.

I have only called in to order hot, fresh plates. I have not tried the buffet. The dinner plates are amazingly delicious. They are piping hot and freshly made. I eat here maybe once a month.

Went there to eat dinner the evening. Most of the food was cold, the shredded cheese on the salad bar had green mildew on some of it and they had no French fries to go with the fried fish so I asked if they could get my husband an order of fries. They came out with less than a hand full of fries on the plat and wanted to charge us $3 for them. Also when I asked if we could be compensated for the mildewed cheese that I got on my salad, the woman at the register got an attitude with me.

Went for supper, food was tasty, but I felt like we were herded in and herded out. The chicken dishes were dry... My grandkids liked the crawfish. So, I started peeling them some. About 6-8 at first, I went back and got about 10 more, it was the last ones. The waitress came and gave us the check, we weren't finished. We waited for more, but they never brought out any more...

So we got here at 2:30 pm to eat. Unfortunately we are not from this area and did not know that the buffet switches at 3:00 from lunch to dinner. They charged us twice. 25 minutes After paying for lunch (11.99 x 4 ppl) she said since we are still eating we had to pay again for dinner (15.99 x 4 ppl). I won’t say “don’t EVER” go to this place. But I would make sure I carefully understand every possible charge before being seated. And for this reason, Personally….. we will NEVER RETURN.
First off we go the a lot , but today was a flop, first upon entering, the hostess was very rude, she was cashing someone out, and she pointed to where we needed to sit, from there we got boiled shrimp and we had trouble peeling them, I informed the hostess we had trouble peeling them, and she told me that all they had was the white shrimp, and I told her that made no sense, so she went to the kitchen and brought us some from the kitchen, but they also was hard to peel, she then came to the table and I asked her to remove the plate she had brought because they also was to hard to peel, she then stood at the table and slowly peeled, and I mean very slowly peeled 2 shrimp, so then told me , a 66 yr old Cajun that I did not know how to peel shrimp, so trying to keep my cool, I politely asked my partner if he was ready to go, at that point he had gave up on trying to peel his shrimp also, we then go up and went to the cashier- hostess to pay, which we paid full price for a terrible Sunday lunch, we decided that we would drive to Hammond next time , we give up on this place in Amite
