I’m in a work crew of 4. Whether we are in Hammond, Covington, Mandeville, BR, Slidell, or wherever we work that day, we stop in. I get the hot mocha latte and the other 3 get energy drinks. We enjoy this routine every day and sometimes twice a day. But after several attempts, we will NEVER again go into Amite shop again. The drinks are so nasty that my guys pour them out, unable to drink them. My coffee is always off there also. We won’t go back ever again there and waste our money.

I love pjs and i don’t have problems with the drinks or the staff but i would like to know why i NEVER GET WHIP CREAM on my granitas when i ask. This was the 4th time in a row. Like it’s literally a squirt of whipped cream. Why is that so hard?

This is the worst Pjs coffee I think in all of Louisiana! Every single time I stop here it never fails that it takes 10-15 minutes to even place my order! Then another 10 minutes to wait for it to be made! All while there’s only 1 other person in the drive through!

I stop here every day for a Granita, and it’s honestly one of the best parts of my routine. The staff know me so well they can tell how my day is going just by looking at me. They’re always extra friendly, thoughtful, and somehow know exactly how to take care of things to make the day better. It’s the kind of place that makes a stressful career feel a little lighter. Worst PJ's I have ever been too. I was passing thru Amite from Kentucky to visit relatives in Thibodeaux and Houma area where I look forward to going to PJ's since we do not have one in my area. It's always the highlight of my trip. I was excited to see Amite had one, so I stopped. The rudest women I have ever seen at a PJ's. Coffee tasted burnt, shop was dirty, food cases were dirty looking. I was shocked. Needless to say, I will continue to Thibodeaux and by pass Amite my next trip to South Louisiana.
The black hair server is so rude. And my Coffey is so watery ... Twice made i can't force my self to drink it. That was the worst visit to pjs I ever had. I'm not sure if the owner even cares. They need help. The bakery machine is broken too. I got a refund. Cant go back for a while

Two days in a row I go to this PJs, hoping that the first day was a fluke. I get an iced coffee with light ice. It has so much ice in it that I literally get two sips of coffee. The coffee wasn’t the greatest tasting I just assume it was the barista. I go back today and ask for no ice because yesterday I only got two sips of coffee. They charge me an extra $1.50.. no big deal but the coffee tasted terrible. It was so bitter and the barista was so rude. I will not be going back.

I don’t know why I continue to come to this location, it’s always disappointing from the greeting to the flavor of drinks to the cold croissants they pass out!! Just go get a cold Starbucks glass bottle from RaceTrac!!

Never in my 30 years of life have I seen a business fail to get my order right as consistently. No exaggeration 9 times out of 10, they will completely miss hear everything you told them. It’s actually impressive that they’re still in business. Also it’s a 50/50 chance that your coffee will even be drinkable. Sometimes it’s so bitter, it taste like rubbing alcohol. They never mix it up for you. The times that it is drinkable, it never taste the same. Get it together it’s really bad.
Edit: we have returned multiple times since we left this negative review, I don’t know if it’s good luck or if they’ve actually made some changes but the quality and consistency seem to be a lot better.
