I love pjs and i don’t have problems with the drinks or the staff but i would like to know why i NEVER GET WHIP CREAM on my granitas when i ask. This was the 4th time in a row. Like it’s literally a squirt of whipped cream. Why is that so hard?
I stop here every day for a Granita, and it’s honestly one of the best parts of my routine. The staff know me so well they can tell how my day is going just by looking at me. They’re always extra friendly, thoughtful, and somehow know exactly how to take care of things to make the day better. It’s the kind of place that makes a stressful career feel a little lighter. Never in my 30 years of life have I seen a business fail to get my order right as consistently. No exaggeration 9 times out of 10, they will completely miss hear everything you told them. It’s actually impressive that they’re still in business. Also it’s a 50/50 chance that your coffee will even be drinkable. Sometimes it’s so bitter, it taste like rubbing alcohol.
