The food I ordered was wrong. I called up to ask to remake them and to let them know. They ask would I be able to come back up and get them remade. I thought was crazy because if my husband could eat it I would’ve just took stuff off. Need to be more safe because if I wouldn’t have looked and he just ate this would be a different review with a hospital bill. Do better gas not free

I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger.. halfway through eating it, I realized they forgot to put the bacon .. smh Other than that everything was good and fresh.. Just really wanted some bacon 🥓 😕

Not once have I ever been to this sonic and got a burger, fries, grilled cheese or even my chili cheese tots warm. Has been cold every time for the past 2 years and dang near take 10-35 minutes depending on the day🙄

The young rushed me while trying to take my order. Not surprisingly, they got my order wrong. Can't wait for my kids to grow out of eating this type of low quality food.
On 9/28 my sister (who has MS) went to place an order for me. The workers struggled to understand what she was saying so they sent someone out to take her order. The guy they sent out laughed in her face as she was giving him her order. My sister has trouble with her speech due to her having MS. The guy continued to laugh and say “I’m sorry I’m stupid, would you like for me to get someone else to come out?”

Ordered online. They brought out our stuff, no problem. First time in a year that any Sonic has provided ketchup!!! Second online order they couldn't understand me, so came out. No problem with the order again. They even had someone walking around with condiments just to check. Very nice touch!
