Apparently reading is very hard in the fast food industry. Maybe they should have reading classes so they actually can u dedstand what the order is and not always mess it up.

Have a big fly in my fries. And I called them and they say oh I can give u a new fry no thanks ??? should not have had one in there to begin with
I recommend them however yall were off yll game tonight.
What did y'all do? I ordered a sunday, came in a baby cup, i got maybe 4 spoons of ice cream.
Went there on my way to an appointment. Just wanted a large tea. I know they were busy. But, a car pulls up after me to the left, Orders before me (that happens - but ordered food) I order right behind her. Then a car pulls up the right of me. Someone walks out with a Large drink and gives it to the car on the right. I am sitting waiting and coughing and waiting. The car on the left gets their food and leaves. I push the button again and I say "Hi still waiting on my tea" and I am told HOLD on. An employee carrying a bag and another large drink and the manager go to the car on the right of me and they are talking to her. The first employee who delivers what I think was MY tea to the woman on the right walks up and peeps around the menu at me and leaves. I am coughing like crazy. Pushing the button again. Nothing. The young employee with the bag and drink in his hand tells the manager, I think maybe that tea was for this lady. I wait two more minutes and I leave. Customer Service is gone here. I always tip well. Yesterday I had tea from McDonalds. I guess I was not important enough to get service. I think if I was choking to death they would have served the ambulance crew before me.
