I love the food and ambiance. Best place in town of you ask me. However, on my most recent visit I had a terrible experience and it really took away from the experience for me and my family. Our waitress messed up our order, forgot food and utensils and never checked on us for refills. My daughter thought the happy plate was too spicy and we asked for tacos in it's place. After she took away the late she informed us we still had to pay for the uneaten food and the new food. We told her if we knew we would have boxed it up and took it to go and someone would have ate it later. That was never an option just pay for the removed food and pay for the two tacos ordered as well or my daughter didn't need to eat. I don't know who trained her, but she was very rude and turned is off from returning in the future.

The food was great! But the service and the waiter was just not it. They specifically charged us for three more of what we ordered of the bubble bath. And so we simply told the woman who served us that we only had five! By the way this was for a birthday. And she was arguing at us that they washed those three from our table! She surely didn’t we didn’t have that many, and she said we had two more, when she pulled out three tubs. And then she threatened to call the police on us? Hint: we’re never going there again!

The atmosphere would have been great if the air was working.The food was mediocre. I asked another waiter for a lid and she told me to wait for my waiter although she wasnt doing anything and my waiter was busy. The drinks were boom tho. A great place for night drinks.

Our wait staff was training, no big deal, she still did a good job. Just so happens that both my dinner date and I chose the Mexican pizzas. I had pizza was carnitas with all the fixings. She has ground beef with Pico de gallo. She had the rice as the side and I had the chicken tortilla, both were good. The carnitas was very tender and flavorful. I look forward to trying a few more menu items. As for as the atmosphere, a lot of pink and live music.

We recently moved to the area and have been the Pink Agave multiple times, even bringing a party of 9 within the last week. Our server is usually Olivia who has always been awesome. We decided to have lunch there today. The food was good until I bit into a big piece of plastic that was in the taco(see attached photo). I brought it to the attention of our server, Halee, who then brought it to the attention of her manager. The order was remade. I found it unprofessional and disappointing that the manager on duty made no attempt to apologize or address the issue with us directly. We will definitely consider other restaurants going forward.
