They seriously need new cooks. I’ve given this Waffle House three chances over the past 3 years since I moved to Amite, and every single time has been a disappointment. The first visit was so bad I had to ask for a refund. I figured maybe it was just a bad day, but nope same poor quality each time. The food is either undercooked, overcooked, or just not made right. I really wanted to support a but it’s clear the kitchen staff needs major improvement.

The service lady was very rude despite us greeting her, the way she threw the breakfast plates on our table spoke volumes of her frustration in her working environment. It’s upsetting that our child had to witness such attitude. The eggs and hash browns had this metallic taste in it, I have noticed when the pan or cooking surface is old or not cleaned properly, the food tastes terribly metallic. We will not recommend this place both for food and service.

Just trying to enjoy a cup of coffee while the cook is slamming doors and dishes like he has no respect. Horrible manner!!!!

The food was okay but as we were getting ready to leave there was a roach crawling on the back of the booth, made me so sick to know I had just ate there. So food and service was decent they just need to keep a cleaner environment!

Been to this location twice in 3 days. First time didn’t eat because sandwich was made wrong twice. Today sat there 10 minutes and wasn’t even acknowledged we were there! They can close the doors because I will never go back

Excellent breakfast in a sweet Waffle House! Sweet and efficient server, yummy eggs and waffle. Happy staff and dry clean!!
It is take out after 11:00pm. You order food from a take out window, then sit in your vehicle and wait for it. Then you drive home and eat cold Waffle House.

If this is wallflower house I think the service is outstanding and the locals are so friendly! My banking app was not working right and a perfect stranger paid not only the extra I needed BUT tipped the lady for me!! I was amazed at his show of love!!! He was in construction and was on his way to work on a 9 million $ home project. If he sees this friend me dude you ROCK!! Alisha

If i could i would give them negative stars. Every time I go here it’s always something. I went last night at 11:20 and they let others come in and sit but when we went to open the door it was locked. They looked straight at us and did not do anything about us trying to come in. For the record y'all close dinning at 11:30 not 11:20. And the other time I went they were so rude they put my to-go order just on the side it was sitting there for about 40 mins before they called my name. This place is just horrible.
