Went thru the drive thru to order lunch. Guy spoke from speaker. While ordering he was talking to another customer while over the speaker. Then said Im listening man go ahead. I left went somewhere else. Was too confusing to order when he is also talking to someelse on their order.

No bacon food cold order wrong it was add and lettuce didn't adk for it. Drove home drove back to take food back. Had problems. But ate 1hour later. Disappointed 😞

A few years ago,when this location first opened. I found myself driving from Baton Rouge to Denham Springs,only to receive Great customer service, fresh food, and consistency. Now when I visit, this location its going down like the Baton Rouge stores. Rushed and sloppy food, nice staff, but rushed and sloppy food. From a customer perspective, I rather be asked to pull up to wait on fresh food, vs. Rushed food and I have to return my sloppy food due to timing. I wish you can get it together soon
