The 165 location seems to be much better than the Desiard location. Sad they closed the Forsyth location. Think they have upped their game cause last year the bugers were not good. But now they taste like Burger King again. Burger King was always my burger of choice so glad I can eat there again. Oh the onion rings are the bomb.

Stopped at the one on broad Street in Louisiana traveling for Thanksgiving. They left me at the drive thru ordering speaker for over 15 minutes. I finally just left. And went McDonald's

Ordered three wraps and a Double Cheeseburger. Took forever to get the wraps and didn’t receive my burger. Didn’t notice until we drove off and were back on the road to another state. Called store phone three times to get some type of refund or code offer anything and of course no one answered. This is ridiculous.

Cold food- cheese wasn’t even melted. The lady at the window didn’t even speak to me.
