This restaurant gave me food poisoning. I will never ever eat here again. I ordered the chicken wrap and was sick the whole day. Nauseated and stomach full of gas. I would not feed a dog off the street this food from here. I also ordered the oatmeal that morning that’s what gave me gas and chicken wrap that evening, smh never again.

I’d give negative STARS if I could. I was working in the area came 2 times thinking first was a fluke!!! No this is place is just that BAD! I ordered waited almost 20 mins in curbside went in still was not ready. When they handed it to me fries were nasty and cold and bun was like a rock, they were out of coke and employees walking around laughing joking and playing on phone while they cant seem to complete simple tasks! BOTH visits were the same first time I used the drive through from order to getting food was 27 minutes, this place is anything but fast food!!! I’ve got mail from China quicker. The employees are rude on top of it when you say I waited 20-30 minutes for nasty cold food. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Looking at the reviews I’m One of MANY.

Young small frame girl with long straight black hair came out of a bathroom stall wearing a McDonald’s uniform walked straight out the door without washing her hands. I wash my hands and exit the bathroom. I pass the view of the kitchen and see the young girl putting fries in a to go bag to hand to a customer in the drive thru 🤢 unsanitary in so many areas

Upon arriving at the establishment and parking my vehicle, I immediately observed a group of employees standing outside the entrance. They were engaged in smoking marijuana, which was quite evident. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also created an uncomfortable atmosphere for customers entering and exiting the premises. The presence of employees smoking so close to the door detracted from the overall service experience, as it conveyed a lack of respect for both the business and its patrons. The situation was far from ideal, as it could potentially deter customers from returning due to the uninviting and unprofessional environment being created at the entrance.

I be trying to be patient. But they got coffee no sugar or no cream. Got drinks but no straws, it’s always just a minute just a minute that minute turns into 10. You can order from the app 7 mins before arrival and your order still not ready. And it’s just a COFFEE!

Customer service sucks. Waited 30 minutes in drive thru after asked to pull forward. For 3 sandwiches…. Cokes were flat. Forgot dipping sauces. Get home 30 minutes away and 2 of 3 sandwiches were completely wrong. I mean if you don’t wanna do your job while you’re at work you could just stay home and collect food stamps…. Oh wait…… also a Big Mac with nothing between the top and middle bun

Went through the drive thru. Ordered #1 and #6. Combos. Didn't check the order before leaving. My fault. Didn't get # 1 combo but did get 2 burritos I didn't ask for and didn't like.Why can't people follow simple instructions?

So there's no way to give 0 stars which is what they deserve... my husband went to this McDonald's in arcadia on 8-28-25 at around 5:30 p.m and ordered 50.00 dollars worth the food and expressed to the manager that was working he would it like it fresh do to us getting it old before he said he would b happy to wait the 30 minutes to insure its freshness. So she tells him to always tell them up front to make it fresh he told her mam I always do and has him pull up to wait the 30 minutes so he does get the food goes home food is not fresh fries cold,burgers cold and hard not to mention the part of a plastic glove in it and no 20 piece nugget that he ordered. So it all goes in the trash where it belongs and he cooks something for them to eat as the point of going there was so he didnt have to so he could make it to our daughters ballgame which he did not due to having to cook. So thank McDonald's in arcadia la for interrupting a family gathering.

Im very understanding considering I worked in the fastfood industry before, but if I were putting the lid on this myself I feel I would have seen it, dumped it out, make a fresh one. But considering the attitude I received I'm sure they could care less... The only stars are for the young lady who offered me a free frappe after I spilt the other one. I appreciate the patience and the breakfast but I don't think ill be stopping again
