So there's no way to give 0 stars which is what they deserve... my husband went to this McDonald's in arcadia on 8-28-25 at around 5:30 p.m and ordered 50.00 dollars worth the food and expressed to the manager that was working he would it like it fresh do to us getting it old before he said he would b happy to wait the 30 minutes to insure its freshness. So she tells him to always tell them up front to make it fresh he told her mam I always do and has him pull up to wait the 30 minutes so he does get the food goes home food is not fresh fries cold,burgers cold and hard not to mention the part of a plastic glove in it and no 20 piece nugget that he ordered. So it all goes in the trash where it belongs and he cooks something for them to eat as the point of going there was so he didnt have to so he could make it to our daughters ballgame which he did not due to having to cook. So thank McDonald's in arcadia la for interrupting a family gathering.

Im very understanding considering I worked in the fastfood industry before, but if I were putting the lid on this myself I feel I would have seen it, dumped it out, make a fresh one. But considering the attitude I received I'm sure they could care less...
The only stars are for the young lady who offered me a free frappe after I spilt the other one. I appreciate the patience and the breakfast but I don't think ill be stopping again

I don't know what has happened to McDonald's in Arcadia but it's worse now than ever before besides the food always being wrong now it's cold dry and old it was disgusting gotta do better McDonald's

My child found a roach on his biscuit.. unfortunately he had already eaten the sausage.. here we are, a few hours later and my kids stomach is screwed.. if this turns into food poisoning this McDonald's is not going to like me

I took large fries which have no salt, and the crispy chicken sandwich is not crispy at all, the fish filet burger size has been reduced, and the quarter pound burger with added bacon is so salty.

Stopped by for some breakfast on my road trip. The staff is rude . The place is filthy . No toilet paper in the bathroom. No napkins, soda machine out of order. No one available at the front to assist customers. The employees were yelling that the sprite and coke was at and yelled at a customer telling them the sprite was finished. Food took about 20 minutes to come out. Employees are very unhelpful. None of the tables were cleaned and it was right around opening time so it's not that they didn't get a chance to clean due to busyness

Me and my mother are driving from Dallas and decided to stop at McDonald’s for breakfast, these ladies took good care of us and a young lady even came to check on us to make sure everything was good. Very well mannered and food was out super fast! Thought I’d give props to the service here coming from someone that is from out of town!😊🙏🏼

Waited in line for 15 minutes to receive a cold hamburger.
My husband's burger had a hair in it!
We had a truly disappointing experience. After using the kiosk to place our order, we waited at the register to pay — and waited, and waited. It took quite a while before any of the employees even acknowledged us. Then, after finally paying, it was another **25 minutes** before we received our food (which was supposed to be to-go).
Unfortunately, when we got our order, **half of it was missing**. We were on a time crunch and couldn’t go back to have it corrected, but it was incredibly frustrating. We noticed that the customer right before us had the exact same issue and had to return because they forgot part of his order too.
I wish we had double-checked the bag before leaving, but honestly, this shouldn’t be necessary. The lack of attention and poor service made this a really bad experience.
