Fast, efficient and tasted great. Ice cream was cold and fries nice and hot
Waited in line for 15 minutes to receive a cold hamburger.
My husband's burger had a hair in it!
We had a truly disappointing experience. After using the kiosk to place our order, we waited at the register to pay — and waited, and waited. It took quite a while before any of the employees even acknowledged us. Then, after finally paying, it was another **25 minutes** before we received our food (which was supposed to be to-go).
Unfortunately, when we got our order, **half of it was missing**. We were on a time crunch and couldn’t go back to have it corrected, but it was incredibly frustrating. We noticed that the customer right before us had the exact same issue and had to return because they forgot part of his order too.
I wish we had double-checked the bag before leaving, but honestly, this shouldn’t be necessary. The lack of attention and poor service made this a really bad experience.
Terrible service and tried ripping me off

Food was fresh and no complaints on that part. The front counter lady was rude and you could tell she didn't want to be there. She was short with every customer I saw her communicate with while is was waiting for my food. Her shift had just started so maybe that is why she was being that way. We all have bad days but don't take it out on innocent customers.

Check everything! I'll start with it being 7:30pm, no one else in line, and the girl on the speaker talked low. I ordered a Big Mac meal with a sprite. I asked for no onions since I'm allergic to them, no sauce, but add mayo. While checking both of my nephews' happy meals in the passenger seat, my driver drove off before I checked my meal. First of all, the fries were upside down in both happy meals, so I spent time picking those back up. Then I checked my meal. Both the sauce and the onions were left on it, but at least the mayo was added. The sprite wasn't even filled to the top - maybe 2 inches from the lid. I mentioned it wasn't filled to the top. The girl just looked at me. It had no syrup in it, only carbonated water. ... but these days, should I push an issue for them to do the right thing for fear they spit in it or worse? At least the fries were a little warm and salted right.

THEY SOLD ME CHESSEBURGER THAT LOOKED OLD .I DONT KNOW WHO WORK THERE BUT NEED STOP THINKING THAT GIVE OLD MEAT TO CUSTOMER. IT NOT RIGHT .I WOULDVE CAME BACK .I JUST DIDNT BOTHER. Bad service I arrived at 8:30 and it was already closed, very bad attention from employees

I went to the restaurant to eat today, Monday at 8:40 pm, and they didn't let me enter to eat at the place because it wasn't time to eat inside the establishment. A young dark-haired man did not let us continue and closed the door, watering more people into the place. I don't feel discriminated against, the truth is I don't recommend going to this point to consume, they don't comply with their schedules and neither do the company's ethics.
