Ordered 1 Sausage egg & cheese & 1 Beacon, egg & cheese Burrito. Whe finely received order neither had cheese called them back out at first she tried to tell me there was cheese on them. I told her there was no cheese because I had to open 1 up to see which burrito was which they did not mark them. She took it back then returned & said they out of cheese that Manager had gone to get some. Then I asked for refund & it still took 2 trips with her to finely get refund. Also my wife had already stop going to Sonic in Arcadia when they replaced the Sonic ice. Bad customer service

I’m from Texas. I love Sonic ice cream. But this specific location obviously doesn’t care about lazy workers. Ordered one mini blizzard and they give me a shake after leaving it on the counter for however long. If I wanted a five dollar shake I’d have asked for one at a whataburger. I don’t like shakes.

This is disgusting. Told three times to make my burger with mustard . It was plain. Tomatoes absent. No tomatoe packets available. Bag was torn. No receipt. Too for ever to get served. Tots cold. More than half stalls don’t work. Menu falling out of place and can’t see. Sonic you better change this place it’s been this way forever. I’ll never return to a Sonic anywhere.

Takes forever even if you order through the app and be prepared for the carhop to have an attitude. I'm always nice and don't complain because even receiving the wrong items, management doesn't care. I've had a roach in my order 2 weeks ago and never been back.
