We arrived at this location and tried to order a slush but the slush machine was broken. So, we ordered cherry lime aids and they said they were out of sprite. They didnāt have anything available or they just didnāt want to come out in the 99 degree weather and stay in the air conditioning instead of serving us. We left without service. Sad, we have always enjoyed Sonic but more and more we find the service and quality has gone down. I expect the company will go out of business soon.

Trash all over the ground. My order was wrong and the food I did get wasn't good. I eat sonic a lot and really like their food usually. I was traveling out of my area. Worst sonic I've ever been to.

I was driving thru and stopped for a quick dinner. It was far from quick, it took a while for the food to come out and I even ordered it before I got there on the app. The food runner was super nice she came out to tell me they had no ice and couldnāt make my strawberry limeade. She gave me a blast instead I was happy. If it hadnāt been for the 15 minute wait on my food and that my food came out cold it would have been an ok place. Just please clean the outside it was filthy.
Whoever made the onion rings for today needs a raise. Sonic always has good onion rings but today they were 10/10...

Ordered 1 Sausage egg & cheese & 1 Beacon, egg & cheese Burrito. Whe finely received order neither had cheese called them back out at first she tried to tell me there was cheese on them. I told her there was no cheese because I had to open 1 up to see which burrito was which they did not mark them. She took it back then returned & said they out of cheese that Manager had gone to get some. Then I asked for refund & it still took 2 trips with her to finely get refund. Also my wife had already stop going to Sonic in Arcadia when they replaced the Sonic ice. Bad customer service
