i had the catfish dinner and let me tell ya'll, I have been eating, catching,cleaning and eating catfish since I was a baby(didn't start cleaning them til I was 7), and Knotts Cajun Cafe knows how to do it right! It is not overcooked, the seasoning is right on and it's not to salty! ( like alot of places) I will dang sure to stop by every time I am in the area!

My teen boys went in tonight to eat. They brought home burgers for my husband & I. Even the food sitting and taken to go was DELISH! 10/10 recommend!
