My husband and I travel to southern Louisiana the first weekend in May every year to partake in the crawfish festival. If you are looking to crawfish this is THE place! They serve 4 lb piles of these tasty crustaceans covered with an amazing seasoning. This style is added after the boil, unlike New Orleans where the spices are put into the boil. Roll up your sleeves and dig in. The teen girls at the counter were super sweet and helpful. It's just terrific!
