Canteen style but very good Louisiana specialties. No alcoholic drinks. And then visit the very interesting Tabasco factory

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been in i’m never going back the food was dry and nasty I ordered the red beans and they were dry the etouffee was watered down the gumbo didn’t have no seasoning for the money I paid the cashier and the waitress was very nice and sweet but the food was nasty and the manager well I think she’s the manager she had on a red Tabasco sweatshirt just sat in the corner didn’t acknowledge my family and I when we walked in like a manager should she was on her phone speaking loud with someone in her family cause she was talking about her kids she should’ve removed herself from the lobby to answer her calls I can tell the workers are overworked and underpaid never again.

Great place for a quick meal while visiting the Tabasco site on Avery Island. I had the crawfish Po’boy and it was amazing. Of course, there is the full spread of Tabasco branded sauces available to add to your dish. Order at the counter and grab a seat inside or outside. Quick service as the food was delivered quickly and there were plenty of staff keeping the area clean. Would recommend!

We stopped by for lunch at this Restaurant after finishing tour of Tabasco Museum in Avery Island, Louisiana. They have a good variety of Cajun and Creole foods to choose from. You haven’t order at the counter and the food will be brought to your table. Buffet variety of Tabasco sauces are available to try. Service was friendly and food quite good. We enjoyed it very much.
Brought our family out to tour the plant & gardens which are awesome so decided to eat here. Sorry we did. My son ordered red beans & rice, came out pasty & no seasoning. He said tasted like a frozen dinner. My shrimp poboy was great & crab cake was good but we found it way over priced for the amount you get & quality of food!

We had a selection of 3 dishes, I only ate one of the three, the crayfish one. I wasn't a fan of the others but those are my personal tastes. The pecan pie for dessert was very good.

Honestly…..some of the best gumbo I’ve ever had! But I’m a Yank, so what do I know.Better than any gumbo I’ve had at GS or anywhere else along the Gulf tho.

The "cafeteria style" restaurant was unexpected but AWESOME! I had the red beans and the gumbo. The gumbo was fairly average but the red beans were sooooooo good! My bf had the stuffed fish, I don't eat fish but whatever it was stuffed with was delectable! There's a bloody Mary bar too!

Never thought we would have the time to pass through, and was it worth it!! The Crawfish Po'boy was outstanding and will haunt our appetites forever. Take the 'Tabasco' tour and end it at the restaurant! 10/10
