They need to change the name to DIY Burgers and more, because if there wasn't a box for the condiments to land in you wouldn't get it with your burger, had lettuce and tomato under bun in the box☹️

Lobby closed. No breakfast croissants at 10:30 am. Had to eat burgers for breakfast. Waited 20 minutes for 3 whoppers that weren't even hot.

Today i went to burger king in Baker and I ordered the fiery chicken sandwich and when i got home i ate some of it but I didn't eat all of it because when i look to see why the sandwich tasted funny and the chicken on the sandwich was half raw

Just left... the little girl was screaming through the ordering microphone, then when I got to the window they were talking so much she wasn't paying attention about to make me drop my food, now that I'm home I see they threw my food together... I got a philly melt meal they didn't even toast the bread if I wanted white bread I would of made a sandwich in my kitchen. Thanks for ruining my dinner ??

They need to ensure that they are giving customers hot food tho. They are notorious for giving cold food so speak up and let them know you want hot off the grill.

Came at midnight, only two staff members & my food was very fresh and both ppl were really nice and sweet !
Yuck! Depends who works. Food is always cold and the wait is long. Never has ketchup and I don't believe the milkshake machine has ever worked.

I thought this BK was moving up in the world but I was wrong. My last visit a month ago was so good I sent great feedback through. Today back to the old ways. Ordered 2 chicken wraps. Had to pull around front instead of reversing to reset their timers. Got my order within a few min and the spicy wraps were dripping so much red sauce, it got on me and in the car. The fried breading was nonexistent and just everywhere. It looks like an unborn fetis. Tried to go inside for a replacement and all doors locked. This was at 12:45pm. Finally had the lady come to the door. I showed her and it was no response or anything. Just took it and locked the door. Now 10 min later, timed, I received the new wraps. No sorry, no eye contact, or anything. Just a piissed off looking employee unhappy to be there. The wraps looked much better, even though I was hesitant to eat them. I wonder how this place is still open. It's always something. Drive-thru only too! They don't want you to see how bad it is inside. That should tell you something.
