Very slow and run down. Only had 3 workers in there during lunch. Had to wait 30 minutes for a mobile order because they wouldn’t take orders through speaker, though they will let you sit there and won’t say anything. Won’t even speak until the car at window has left. then had a line inside. I don’t totally blame workers but cashier wasn’t polite. Won’t be back anytime soon. They should probably go ahead and close it down.
I usually go during breakfast and don’t have too many problems. There must be two different shifts of people but the lunch shift is not good.

If I could give a zero I would. I went to the drive through where the guy immediately told me to hold on. There was only one car in front of me at the window. I sat there for about 5 minutes waiting. The other car had left several minutes before. No one ever came to the intercom so I decided to go inside. There were at least 2 cars behind me that drove off. When I went inside there were 2 people waiting on their food. There was only 3 people working. The guy asked was I there for door dash. I said no, no one ever came to the window. One guy who I’m assuming was the manager rudely said “well she’s just going to have to wait it’s shift change.” I said that’s fine but yall should have said that. I don’t mind waiting while you do what you have to do. I stood there for a while observing while the other 2 people didn’t acknowledge me. It was so nasty behind the counter in the prep area. Wasted food all over the preparation area and all over the floors. The “manager” was walking around throwing things away talking about how dirty it was. After a few minutes I left. I just couldn’t order anything with how nasty and dirty it was in there. Whoever owns this Burger King needs to do better. Clearly you don’t know how your business is being run. I’d ordered through the drive through several times before, I hadn’t been inside in years. After seeing how it looks in there I’ll never go there again.

I was rushed through order and had to keep repeating myself due to the drive thru employee constantly interrupting me . I asked for extra tomatoes, paid for extra tomatoes and in said received slop on a bun with no tomatoes at all . This is ridiculous.

They need to change the name to DIY Burgers and more, because if there wasn't a box for the condiments to land in you wouldn't get it with your burger, had lettuce and tomato under bun in the box☹️

Lobby closed. No breakfast croissants at 10:30 am. Had to eat burgers for breakfast. Waited 20 minutes for 3 whoppers that weren't even hot.
