My daughter booked the room for her gender reveal, and everything turned out nice. Tia was our server and she did an amazing job. She was the only server for over 45 people due to an unexpected add’l party that came and the other server went to their area. But Tia never wavered and kept a smile on her face.

i purchased 2 seafood platters yesterday and everything was so greasy until i had to throw my fries away, you could mash the grease out of the fish an the onion ring would not hold the batter. this is my second time having a very bad experience with them and i would never recommend them to anyone!!

We’ve eaten here before and the food and service was good, so our family decided to celebrate a family member’s graduation. We called days in advance and said that we would have a party of 20 people (including small children). We were told that we didn’t need reservations and they would accommodate us. Graduation was on a Thursday. We arrived at 4:30 p.m. They were not set up for our party. Once we were seated, it took more than 30 minutes before a server came to our table to take our drink orders. It only got worse. It took over an hour to get the salads that came with our meals. (I found out later that the server had to prepare the salads himself). We waited approximately four hours without being served; meanwhile, people in groups of five or six, arrived after us, were served and left. Another large group arrived after us and were served before us. I had to ask them to bring some chips to the table because the small children in our party had become extremely hungry. The really sad part about our visit is that some in our party went to the front desk and ordered takeout and were served before us! That was the final straw. We paid for our beverages and salads and left. Would you believe that we were told that the kitchen staff was upset. How long were expected to wait? It was 7:30 p.m. when we decided to leave. There was no more grace to extend.

I use Lagniappe Baker for catering for work. The food is excellent! I always get compliments on the food! They are very accommodating to my needs. Miss D will make sure the kitchen staff come in early so that my food will be ready on time for my lunches with offices.

The waitress with the bad wig needs to be fired. Very rude and played on her phone instead of checking on our order. We ordered 2 appetizers and the table after us received all of their appetizers and even a steak dinner before our food was even THOUGHT ABOUT. And when I asked the waitress she had a nasty attitude. Might I add the restaurant only had 2 tables... yes 2! Now I see why! Poor customer service!

Waitress to 15 to 20 minutes to take our drink order. Then when I told her we were ready to order she walked away because she didn't have her note pad. Came back an took our orders only for her to come back and ask 5 minutes what sides we wanted. We ordered the Tuesday fajitas specials which I guess she didn't hear us. Twenty to thirty minutes pass by and I am watching 5 to 6 people get there to go orders. So I walked to the counter and ask about our order and that is when I was told the cook who had our order left and no one new. They were about to start on our order. I told the young lady that was okay and a good server what have kept her tables informed what was going on with there food. So we left and never ate. Horrible service. Going to Zachary next time.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I placed my order on Door Dash (aka paid for already), stood in line for a few minutes, two employees passed me and another customer who came in after me by, and never told anyone we were standing there waiting to be serviced, I still waited patiently afterwards. When I realized that no one was going to come service me, I grabbed my food and started to walk out, then from thin air, boom, an employee! Yelling at me as I left. The manager, who had been sitting at the table rolling silverware, was yelling "OH WOAH BABY NO" to me as I left. I told her I had been waiting and people walked by and no one ever said anything for me to get help, and that my food was paid for. I then came back and asked to speak to the manager who I had no clue was the person who had just yelled at me. We then had an exchange of words which resulted in her telling me that "I shouldn't have been back there", rolling her eyes neck and just giving complete attitude, which may be true, I did not appreciate her reaction. I have a job with a strict lunch break and I know that I should not have had to wait and be ignored by two employees, and start to walk out with my food to finally be acknowledged. I then called back for the general managers information and constantly got placed on hold. There were two cars there when I left. How is it possible for them to be that busy a couple of minutes after I left? On top of that, I was informed that the Zachary location is also under the same management. I called that location hoping for a better interaction with the employees. I was told that no one there had the general managers information immediately? How would you know that no one has the number or email that fast?? I made it back to work and my food was COLD! I understand the restaurant industry due to me working in it for years, however what I don't understand is the treatment that I received tonight. I would have been fired IMEDIATELY had I done something like that!

I ordered for takeout a blooming onion and a salad. The service was not good. No one was at the desk so I waited a couple of minutes. When they did come they were barely attentive. The salad and the salad dressing were both warm. The tomatoes on the salad looked pale like they were starting to go bad. The flavor on the blooming onion was not good. I was not given a choice for ranch or remoulade. There was only enough ranch to dip a few times. The bottom of the blooming onion was soggy. ?. Not a good experience.

I attended a seminar during lunchtime, and I was very impressed. The food was delicious, and the server, Danielle was awesome. As busy as she was with our party, she was pleasant at all time. Her personality and attitude was a plus.
