Arrived at drive thru to pick up online order. The young male cashier sat with his head down in his phone for about 8 minutes before coming to the window. Paid, pulled up to Walt on order because it wasn’t ready on time. Waited about 15 minutes. Once I got home, realized that my ranch was not in the box and both pizzas looks almost burnt. Not sure if I’ll retire to this location after the poor service I received tonight!

Placed a mobile order went to go and pick it up nobody was there called the store number honked the horn yelled out knocked on the window nobody came was there for 30 minutes, then called the next morning to get my money back (yesterday) stayed on hold for 10 minutes then hung up with no answer
