While in Baton Rouge, LA dropping off my son for college, we ate breakfast at the Waffle House. The staff were so kind, respectful, and friendly! The food was made with care and the wait time was short! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

If I could give a zero star rating I would. I went here with a friend yesterday. There were 3 customers and at least a visible 5 workers. Three were milling around talking and working 2 were sitting down. There were 2 booths that hadn’t been cleaned off. We set there for about 15 minutes with no acknowledgment. One worker was walking back and forth waiting on the group of 3 customers. No one ever came to ask if we wanted anything to drink, nothing. Normally I would have said something, but I just left. Whoever management they need to randomly pop in and do check ins.

I went in to this location and orders an All Star waffle. Double order hash brown smothered and covered, double eggs, and double bacon. The order I received have everything, but the smothered and covered hash browns. I don’t understand how they didn’t get the hash browns right?! It was a simple order….

This is the worst Waffle House I have ever been in. I sit down & was absolutely ignored for 15 min., no water, no offer of coffee, & orders taken from people that came in behind me. Waitress was horrible, after ordering coffee it was 20min before I got it. A simple order of biscuits (moldy tasting) gravy & side of bacon, milk, took 45 min for the Waitress to call out, then slowly get it to my table. Poorest all around service I have ever experienced.☹️ Baker, La.

Will never come back again I place a to go order online at 2:04P.M it said it will be ready at 2:20 P.M I arrival at 2:35 P.M to make sure it was gonna be ready I get there and the lady took 15 minutes to see what I even wanted she skipped over me several times I was still tryna be patient and not get upset. I ordered at Texas Patty Melt, WAFFLE ,and Grits. Then when I actually got my food at around 2:51 P.M my waffle not even much in the bag so. So I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to cook the waffle. Very very unprofessional and rude wish I knew the lady name!
