Lady there with the glasses is rude and disrespectful. Act like she’s mad at life if you don’t wanna work there why apply for the job? Why bring your personal problems to work. Planned on going there to eat with family that’s not gonna happen. I’ll never buy anything from that location ever again. Been going there for years thanks to her I’ll never return.

I just got the worst case of botulism at this location and have still not recovered since Saturday night, and this is Tuesday. I still won't be able to go to work tomorrow because of Mt condition. This place has major issues. Green pizza crust 2 weeks after St. Patrick's day denotes poor to no dishwasher. Prior to this, I had called on a Tuesday driving home from Alexandria, and got no answer on the phone for 45 minutes, and when I passed the store, they were there. I will never take a chance destroying my bowels with another BJ's pizza as long as I live. I've never been this sick to my stomach in my 59 years. I would only recommend this place to my ex wife.

We walked in, no one greeted us. We stood at the counter, no one came to talk to us. We sat down, no one came to our table. I went back to counter after realizing other people walked in and went to counter to order and they took their order. We finally got to order. The chicken wings were alright. The cheesy bread was delicious and the pizza was soggy

I use the one in Ball, Louisiana and there's always a guy with like Sandy blonde hair kind of heavyset that works the drive-through and he's got about as much personality as a rock! He seems like he's mad at the world maybe because he's working and making a paycheck!

Good pizza but every time we order extra sauce, we never get it. We pay two dollars extra for the sauce and don’t get it so I’m feeling like I’m being robbed. More and more we go elsewhere!

It feels like the quality is going down a bit. Our cups were handed to us face down on the countertop and my husband could not stand it....at least they gave us other cups. There was a fly in the Parmesan cheese on the table, at least we got another one there as well. I enjoyed the pizza. Glad the staff addressed our concerns.
