Girl at the window slammed the window shut after she almost threw the food at me. She was annoyed because I asked her to give me a minute to decide what to order. She ended up not taking our order, one of the boys did. We stop there alot but that will end. We will not tolerate service like that. This happened Sat. Jan. 17, 2025 at around 8:00 pm. Incase management sees this.

Every time I go the night shift messes up my order. If you order a blizzard they won't put in what you ask for. Owners seriously need to do something about this.

I don't eat fast food at all because of the overall terrible experiences and bad food. However being on road we stopped here and the staff was the most professional and courteous like that of a five star restaurant. The environment was quiet and the food was excellent. I noticed when leaving the entire staff was standing in their respective positions in kitchen , all with hands to side waiting attentively.

Whoever is in charge of this place really needs to handle up on their people. We walked in had one employee laying down in a booth another kicked back sideways in the other booth on a phone then you also had a customer trying to get his ice cream right that they screwed up and totally messed his order up. We left there didn't even order. If this was just 2 mins after walking in how would our order be so we left and went to the Pineville DQ there we was greated at the door with a good evening and held our door we placed our order and was eating within 5 mins and they had 3 full tables and a line in the drive through. Ball DQ dropped the ball it was nasty and poor management Pineville gets the win Tonight.
Also a homeless lady walked in and was counting change to get a drink so I walked up like to get a refill and told the Pineville staff whatever she gets to drink add a meal to it and I will pay it when she leaves well I went to pay it and I, the one wanting to do a good deed was told it was taking care of and the manager payed it for the lady. Pineville is the DQ for me. Thank yall for restoring some faith in me for decant people left in Pineville
