Good place I've been going here for a long time.
First time going to this place, place is falling apart on the walls but I excused that cause it looked like an older building. However what really got to me was the fact that both girls had no hair nets, one with short hair and the other braided. No hair nets whatsoever. Next the girl who made a sandwich for the man before me got ranch on her gloves from his sandwich then proceeded to touch mine with it. THEN cut my sandwich with a dirty knife that was also used to cut the man’s before me and also the people after me. No sanitation bucket in sight and no wipe down of the knife AND no changing of gloves. This is a big allergen concern, I should have looked at the reviews prior but was craving a subway sandwich. Now I remember why I don’t go to any around here. No care for health regulations or health concerns. The people also seemed annoyed to be there and weren’t that friendly. The best part about the place was the unopened chips.
Terrible. Placed an online order for the first time. After getting home my Italian BMT didn’t taste right, and after getting halfway through the sandwich I thought maybe the cheese had gone bad. Turns out they melted AMERICAN cheese on my Italian BMT instead of provolone. The sandwich was ruined because of the gooey texture and flavor of the cheese. Called the store and was told they didn’t have provolone cheese. Had to call over and over to get a manager. They said if I wanted them to remake the sandwich I would have to have the entire sandwich and I explained that I had eaten half before I realized why it tasted bad. And that I did not have an entire sandwich to return. They refused to refund me or make an exchange, not to mention I tipped on the order. The manager said it wasn’t even possible to tip on the app. That they knew they had no provolone so they used American. I said that no one mentioned that to me or I would have declined the order. I was charged for the order and they made it wrong and refuse to give me my money back. When I finally got the manager Hannah on the phone she hung up on me refusing to refund me or do anything to make it right that it was store policy to have the ENTIRE sandwich. I want a full refund for this experience and will never order from that location again. Not to mention they paid ZERO attention to the topping portions or special instructions. It’s ridiculous that this store can’t simply do the right thing and offer some reasonable refund. I told them if they ordered pasta somewhere and they threw a bunch of cheddar cheese on it that they would probably complain just the same; these people act like they have never asked for a wrong order to be made right. Cheap, inefficient management, and a terrible representation for the company.
the younger lady named camryne makes the perfect sandwich, not messy, not too empty. Perfection, like something from a tv AD. She deserves a raise or even a promotion with her excellent work ethic! ⭐️
Stingy owner of this Subway doesn't allow the coupons that come in the mail. Sad.

Had a Liittle misunderstanding with staff and customers at Subway....Manager was so kind as to come to our Facility to clear any issuesup as well as give us some cookies..that was nice.

Arrived right before closing on 06/09 the young lady was closing by herself she immediately asked how our day was in return we did the same. At this point she said there were some rude customers earlier, I felt bad for her because she was soft spoken. Even though it was closing time she ensured our food was prepared exactly how we wanted it. She told us to have a good night and she told us we made her day. Didn't get her name but she is a keeper and business need more employees like her, she made our night too with her kindness!! Give her more hours!!!
