For the third time in about a year, only part of my order got put in the oven after ordering. I’ve just about given up on this location. It was such a favorite most of my life but it’s really gone down in service.
Slow service. I even called the manager to tell them the line was not moving. They acted like they did not care. But when my food not ready they always make me pull up. The guy at window was just a laughing and conversating while 5 other cars behind me. I waited an additional 15 mins for my food tonight. Very unacceptable. Very poor service. Can’t make a new post so commenting on this one. We got a pepperoni pizza, a cheese pizza, bread sticks, cinnamon sticks and order of spaghetti Saturday night, Sept 3. Our pizzas were burnt, the cinnamon sticks were hard as a rock and the spaghetti was cold. My son in law didn’t look at the pizzas but asked the guy at the window why the spaghetti was cold.
